To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! Communication with them was easy, they are so friendly and amazing at what they do. Thank you so much, Mr & Mrs Oliver ❤️

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this myself, they captured my vision perfectly throughout the whole venue. Thank you very much for helping to make our day perfect!❤️

Highly Recommend!! Celebrating a big birthday staying away with family and needed breakfasts plus a charcuterie type tea / supper for one of the evenings. Beautifully prepared, displayed and delicious to eat - hard to stop at times! Dietary needs catered for perfectly - great variety and look closely at the photos. You can see what a brilliant job Kristi did helping us identify each item and in particular which was dairy free. Delighted - thank you!!

Kristi did a fab job at supplying the food for our wedding. We were looking for someone to do a 'wedding picnic' where we had picnic baskets on the table for everyone to help themselves to. Kristi really understood what we wanted and did an amazing picnic style wedding breakfast - it was far from sandwiches wrapped in cling film if that's what you're thinking! She also organised our wedding doughnuts we had for the evening instead of a cake and they were UNREAL. Throughout the process she was accommodating to all dietary requirements and during the tasting she really listened to our feedback. We had lovely comments about our food from our wedding day - from the canapes, to the picnic and the doughnuts! I would definitely recommend!

Kristi and Harriet were fantastic throughout, from the very initial planning and tasting, all the way through to our wedding day where everything went seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating with our last minute changes/ adjustments. Most importantly, all the food was absolutely delicious (including a number of “off menu” dishes that we requested and Kristi was more than happy to make for us)! So many of our guests commented on the quality of the food both during and after our wedding. We can’t recommend Seasons Wild & Free highly enough. Thanks again!!

We are so grateful to the team at All You Need for bringing our wedding vision to life so perfectly! From the initial consultation to the final setup, they were so professional, attentive, and creative. They listened to every detail of what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make our venue look absolutely stunning. We came across All You Need through our wedding venue and booked an initial call straight away. The team were so helpful and thorough explaining their process and helping to guide us through our decisions of our styling and stationery. They were quick and detailed when answering any questions we had and always happy to make tweaks on what we wanted. On the day, I was blown away by the set up for our wedding reception. The decor was exactly what we wanted and more and we loved our wedding stationery - we still have our welcome sign and intend to hang it up once we have a house. The flowers were also beautiful. We couldn’t recommend the team any more and absolutely loved working with them!

Laura's support and assistance throughout the day and pre-wedding day communication was really great. She helped ensure that our suppliers were well-coordinated for setup and teardown. Despite the rain leading up to the big day, the sun came out and our wedding day was perfect. It was very special to be married in a venue that was beautiful as it is. We just had our wedding here. Laura and Sarah, and their team were all incredibly lovely, the dogs were very gentle and came to say hello. But they made sure we were all OK and helped loads with setting up etc. I cannot recommend this stunning venue enough!

What an incredible experience! My husband and I got married last Saturday and we had the best day of our lives! The venue is stunning, it offers a blank canvas where you are free to use your imagination and while it takes some planning, it made the day so much more special for everyone. Laura the venue coordinator was amazing. She was our support leading up to the day and on the day making sure it ran smoothly which it did without a hitch. My only complaint is that we didn't go for next day departure where we could camp. It would have made the family/friend fun last longer. Thank you for an unforgettable experience

Andrew was our wedding DJ and also provided the music for our ceremony and wedding breakfast. I was really keen to ensure that the music was right on our day and Andrew put us at ease from our meeting with him that we were in good hands. We have had so many compliments about the music throughout the day. Having Andrew there meant that the music flowed in the ceremony making it even more special and our dancefloor was full all evening long! Can't recommend enough. Thank you Andrew.

Andrew DJed at our wedding at the start of November, he did a great job and made the evening a lot of fun. He played a lot of good floor fillers and was very receptive to any requests. The lights and sound set up were incredible and provided the perfect atmosphere for our wedding reception. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Andrew was also very friendly and helpful and we needed to do very little. Thank you for a great evening.

Andrew was brilliant at entertaining everyone at our reception on 31 July at the Dog & Duck, Plucks Gutter. He answered all our queries and provided excellent customer service at all times. We really enjoyed the night thanks to Andrew's excellent catalogue of music and entertainment skills. He was also smartly dressed, well presented, polite and his disco balls/decorations complemented our decorations for the evening. We will definitely be inviting Andy back to DJ at future events we organise and very much recommend him to anyone who wants an exceptional DJ to entertain at their wedding reception or party.

Look no further for your party planner. Emma produced an unforgettable night to celebrate our daughter's 21st for 130 guests. Unanimous feedback was "the best party ever". Emma's experience and creativity really shows when it comes to both planning for and running an event like this one... and getting the most out of the budget. Emma helped us with hiring waiting staff for our DIY wedding and after patiently discussing our needs, she provided us with an amazing team of four. Arriving on site whilst we were in our ceremony, they worked unsupervised to provide an excellent service to our guests who were full of compliments for them. We had brought some flowers back with us from the church and they were incredibly helpful in artfully displaying them around the marquee. No job was ever too much and they worked with complete professionalism. Thank you Emma and team.

Emma was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always at the end of the phone for advice, had amazing ideas and was so patient with the various Gov. restrictions and date changes for our wedding.
