My husband and I got married here last June - it was the most wonderful day, it felt really relaxed and everything ran so smoothly - thank you so much Roby. We booked to get married here with only 5 months notice because the roof blew off the barn venue we had originally booked - Roby could not have been more helpful, putting us in contact with marquee companies etc and finding suppliers with last minute availability. We had a marquee in the field at Kennington hall and the whole day had a lovely 'summer fete' feel. The new loos that had just been built where also great and perfect for our 140 guests. There’s so much I could write about Kennington hall and Roby. Our whole experience from the initial email inquiring - to picking up our wedding things the day after was just impeccable service. We were originally meant to be getting married in Greece and it hurt that we couldn’t, but as soon as we saw Kennington hall I knew it was meant to be. Roby’s relatable personality also sold it for us. We booked practically straight away and the process was easy, efficient and well organised. Whatever we asked for Roby was able to help, advice and reccommend, she is really well linked into the wedding industry. She also is a fabulous make up artist and on the day of the wedding she had everything sorted organised and running smoothly as well as doing my make up and some of bridal party, if that isn’t organised and professional then I don’t know what is. The business it’s self is way more than a business, you can feel the family-run vibe and it just makes it so much more hospitable and you feel like your not under as much stress unlike chain-franchise venues. The work that went into the wedding itself was a lot, we had a marquee from an outside company but Kennington hall moved all of their furniture/bar/etc into that marquee with no fuss and everything was just done. Being a bride, your bound to feel stressed but I can honestly say I did not feel stressed with anything that Kennington hall were organising. I am so thankful to have chosen this venue, a lot of the guests have asked me if we would mind if they used it for their events aswell, and I think that says a lot about the venue. Of course I reccommended it one hundred times over, it’s perfect. The wedding day was as hot as Greece, and I know that Kennington hall can’t control the weather (if they could I’m sure they would lol) but it just made the venue look even more beautiful in all its glory and they made sure to have plenty of water and make shift things to keep wasps away. Bring on the anniversary parties at Kennington hall!

A stunning wedding venue located just outside Ashford, just off the A28. The manor house is a great backdrop for a wedding, with the ceremony taking place outside and - weather permitting - the meal on the patio area. Makes a great relaxed feeling for a wedding. Evening party has a great space indoors. Plenty of parking available. The staff are super friendly and happy to help.

I photographed a wedding at Kennington Hall in July 2022 and have been meaning to leave a review for quite a while. The whole day ran smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team at Kennington. The couple had a fantastic day, everything went really well. The grounds at Kennington are very large and open, this meant the couple could have lots of photographs taken in beautiful surroundings, you would never know that Kennington is less than 10 minutes off the M20.

Me and my dad had a summer evening party here and the venue was perfect! Roby and colleagues are extremely welcoming and flexible to plans, allowing you to craft an event however you would like. Everybody kept complimenting on the venue and the grounds, it is stunning! would recommend to anyone :) x
