I recently attended a Christmas party at this venue, and it was absolutely stunning! The decorations were beautiful and created the perfect festive atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout the evening. The live music was outstanding and added a special touch to the night. I would highly recommend this venue for any occasion—it truly made the event unforgettable!

We recently had the honour of being part of the most amazing wedding, held at Chapel House Estate. Whilst we stayed offsite, the rooms and location were stunning and the team at Chapel House were fantastic. The function rooms, bars restaurants were all furnished to the highest standard with great decor. It's worth mentioning that I am in a wheelchair and therefore was very mindful that a venue as old as this may not be set up to be fully accessible...but whilst there was the odd step here and there the team were always one step ahead (so to speak!) in having portable ramps in place so I could get to all areas without any issues. We had the pleasure of returning for breakfast the following morning, which was probably one of the best I've had - top class. I'd especially like to say a huge thank you to the wedding team and to the venue transport driver who couldn't do enough to help...it was a truly wonderful day and they played a big part in that. I couldn't recommend Chapel House Estate any higher...simply fantastic!

I absolutely loved photographing Jack & Izzy's Wedding at the Chapel House Estate and I cannot recommend this venue enough! Living locally to Chapel House Estate this venue has to be one of my favourites not just in Thanet but in the whole of Kent. There are endless opportunities for photographs in the gardens surrounding the main house. There are so many different options for couples no wedding is the same at this stunning venue. I can't wait to come back!

We had our company Christmas do here this year. All of us that attended had the best time, made all the better by Keeley and her team. From the minute we arrived to time we left, we were thoroughly looked after by all of the staff at Chapel House. This ticked every box for us there was a lot of brilliant attention to detail that made a very memorable night that no doubt we will all remember for time to come. From the moment we walked in for the viewing, we knew Winters Barns was the venue for us. We can’t thank all the staff enough. We booked in 2022 and got married in 2024, and the communication during this time was amazing. All the staff were so kind, and helpful. The perfect dream team! Where do I start with Winters Barns?! I absolutely love everything about this place! The barns themselves are rustic and perfect for any couple looking for a countryside wedding. The gardens and fields surrounding the venue make the perfect setting for couple time. Not forgetting all the lovely staff! They make the day run so smoothly and they are just the kindest people. We had the pleasure of getting married here mid May and we had the most perfect day! We cannot recommend Winters Barns enough. From the first time we viewed the venue we fell in love with it, all members of staff are so friendly and every little detail has been thought about. The layout of the venue is brilliant, giving everyone with different wants a space, plenty of seating outside, tables for dinner in their own room, sofas by the bar which is right next to the evening reception room meaning everything flowed brilliantly without people getting lost in the space. Through the whole process we were kept up to date and had regular communication. The team answers all my emails and questions promptly and a massive thank you goes to Sophie our wedding coordinator who was absolutely fantastic and faultless! Everything was so organised ahead of the day which was brilliant peace of mind for us. On the day everything ran so smoothly with nothing being too much for the team to do. We had several comments from guests about how brilliant the venue and staff were. They helped set up the space and ensured everything was packed away at the end of the night ready for us to take away from the store room the next day. The accommodation is lovely, as was breakfast the next day (to make perfect it would be nice if a fried breakfast could be served but this may be a caters decision). We honestly cannot recommend Winters Barns enough!

My wedding was wonderful and better than we could have imagined. Sally our wedding coordinator did everything in her power to ensure we had everything we needed and wanted. All of the team, admin, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners, coordinators, literally everyone in the team are awesome and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much for all you did for us! Angie & her team are absolutely amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of ordering my daughter’s birthday balloons with Angie and although I have less than a week’s notice Angie made me 2 balloon stacks and a “2” balloon arrangement all in Paddington bear theme which all my party guests commented on. She even delivered them, nothing was too much trouble! I also work with Angie to create all of my acrylic cake menus for my wedding cakes, they always turn out beautifully and I can’t wait to see the next one she creates

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Angie for making our wedding day so special. Angie did our table numbers plus the table planner it was beautiful much better than I expected her attention to detail is second to none. We changed it a couple of times and she didn’t mind and when the final proof came it was lovely. One last thank you for our toasting glasses I would recommend her top class service xx

Angie is amazing! She literally made any idea we had become reality saving us so much stress and time. We wanted something a bit different and she wasn’t in the slightest bit phased and everything fitted perfectly. The favour tags, table plan, guestbook and centre pieces were specially made for us. We just found a photo of something we liked and she had it made or we gave her an idea and she created it. The photos just don’t do her work justice. Thanks so much Angie for making life so easy! Service and communication was fantastic from start to finish, my chairs looked fantastic for my wedding and the hired accessories added an extra special touch

I contacted Jemma for decorations at my baby shower and she was more than happy to help! I explained the theme I wanted “pink, floral Flopsy Bunny” and Jemma knew exactly what I would like and it was the loveliest suprise on the morning with extra details of fresh veg in the boxes, my name personalised on the sailboard & a picket fence - to name a few! Couldn’t recommend more. I hired for my daughter’s 1st birthday along with a children’s food spread and it was amazing throughout. Easy to book / pay and organise. Thanks for always giving me the best balloons and back drops and being genuinely a lovely person and business owner!

Our display created by Your Day Events was absolute perfection and completed our party theme. We requested pastel Pokémon and Gemma managed to source these adorable Pokémon pictures. The attention to detail was amazing and I’d highly recommend using Your Day for any parties or events! 🎈

there was a slight problem with some of the flowers we asked for. When checking how things were going the morning of our wedding they were setting up some of the rose Garlands and it was full of white flowers which I did not ask for they said they would do their best to cover up the white flowers .i explained i never asked for them in the first place, you could not see the white flowers in the end but there were other red flowers in the mix which I did not want we asked only for roses which was in the paperwork this added unnecessary worry on my wedding day.

A perfect addition to our day. KC Weddings supplied the chiavari chairs for our wedding at Lympne Castle in April 2023. They were absolutely brilliant. We needed the chairs to be moved after the ceremony from the ceremony hall to the main hall and they were able to accomodate this without any problem. Arranging the details with KC was super easy and stress free and the chairs looked beautiful. I would highly recommend KC for any event. Thank you Team for adding your magic to our special day.

We were recommended to Ethereal Events by word of mouth. From the moment Georgie walked through our door we had every confidence she would organise, manage and deliver the most incredible party and sure enough she did. Her attention to detail is second to none. She is a great listener - her ability to pick up on our needs and style, knowing them even before we did. So often I asked her about something and it had all been sorted without us being involved. She evidently really cares about delivering an excellent service. Her network of contractors who helped physically create the party were second to none. All delivered on time without any fuss. They just got on with the job. We really enjoyed working with Georgie - she made it fun, taking all the stress away and just allowing us to enjoy the run up to the party and relax once it was over. Our party was everything we could have wished for and more. We couldn't recommend her highly enough. Georgie is a consummate professional with whom we look forward to working again in the future.

We chose The Night Yard for our wedding reception on the 18th of August 2023, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The serene garden and captivating glasshouse provided a dreamy setting that had our guests in awe. A massive thank you to Pip, Verity, and Kerry. Your dedication and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Pip’s creative touch, Verity’s organizational prowess, and Kerry's helpful presence were instrumental in making our day seamless and unforgettable. We highly recommend The Night Yard for its stunning backdrop and a team that goes above and beyond to ensure a successful event. Thank you for making our wedding reception not just a celebration, but a beautiful memory etched in our hearts.

The Night Yard was great choice for our wedding!!! The venue and staff were both excellent and accommodating. The venue has everything you need in it and makes it more intimate as everything is in one place but gives you room to move around. The staff, especially Kerry was excellent and gave us all the support we needed and more. I have left more of my views below – if you are considering getting married you should have a look. The wedding was of course great, but let me tell you about: THE VENUE Glasshouse - Really nice venue which matched everything we hoped for. It has a big glasshouse which is where our ceremony and wedding breakfast was held, it is large enough to cater for everyone and still have space for a DJ. Courtyard - It has a nice outside garden / courtyard where ceremonies can take place too, this is a big open space that latches on to the main glasshouse which means all your guests are in the same area (which means no wandering off guests). The kids loved the courtyard and played outside for lots of the time. The staff even put out games to entertain them (and adults too). Parking - lots of parking and you can leave your car overnight. Lockers – They also provide you with access to big lockers to store things in a couple days before which does help – we didn’t need to but it is useful to have. THE STAFF This was the other main reason we chose The Night Yard. On our first viewing of the venue Kerry was great and you can tell really loved her job, she explained everything and walked us around the venue and left no doubt in our mind that the staff really love to help. After we paid a deposit we harassed Kerry quite a lot and she was always happy to help, we went back to venue 2 or 3 times and she was very accommodating and supportive and gave lots of good advice. Honestly Kerry was great and she made everything so much easier. We would message or call her for queries regarding table clothes, and table layouts etc and she didn’t mind at all. The other staff were great too, Pip in particular who handled the drinks package was really nice and helped too. Unfortunately, Kerry wasn’t there to facilitate on the wedding day but we had Pip who performed well and made sure everything ran smoothly. All the other staff we came across were great too. They’re very accommodating, you can even bring pets. No problems at all with the staff. And Kerry went above and beyond. PACKAGES Food / Catering – our catering was actually really good and the food was really nice, but only bad side for me was the lack of choice for the caterers. The Night Yard have a selection from a few caterers to use which fits into your package but for us some wasn’t available on the day and we had a choice between only 2. It did work out well but I think they should have a larger choice (but then I suppose its what makes them good because they know their suppliers etc). External Caterers – you can bring your own external caterers in, but they will charge £500 to do this, however that option isn’t that bad if you have your own preferences as most caterers are very expensive (ours was!). OVERALL I 100% am happy with the venue and the service, the wedding was great and I had no issues or problems at all.

I can’t really find the words to describe how amazing our day was…but I’ll give it a good go! Pip and Kerry went above and beyond for us. It’s the most beautiful venue and all of our guests were stunned at how picturesque and perfect it all looked. It really is a hidden gem of a venue, made even better by the staff. Being able to use the beautiful, surrounding orchards for our couple shots has given us perfect photos that we will cherish forever. The range of caterers who we could choose from was amazing, and they did anything we wanted - we went for a Mexican themed meal! We made the day personal to us by decorating the tables ourselves and adding little touches throughout the day which made it even more special. We were able to bring in whichever suppliers we wanted, and we definitely made use of that! We also took advantage of The Night Yards prop hire which was so handy. If you’ve been lucky enough to find The Night Yard in your search for a wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book it - you really will have the most wonderful, surreal experience. We had an amazing party for my daughter's 5th birthday party. Elsa was amazing from the moment she walked in. All 4 of my children were amazed and felt so special as did all their friends. Would highly recommend thank you again for making the day so magical and special

We had Ariel come to our daughter’s 3rd birthday party today and we couldn’t have been more pleased with how wonderful and professional she was. She engaged all the children so well and had the most amazing voice too! This is the second time we have used MegStars Parties and plan to keep using them!

We recently had Princess Belle visit our home, and it was an enchanting experience from start to finish. She was exceptionally professional, captivating the kids with her grace and charm. Her singing was beautiful and brought so much joy to the event. The girls absolutely adored her and were mesmerised by her presence. We couldn't have asked for a better addition to our celebration. Highly recommend her for any princess-themed occasion!
