We chose The Night Yard for our wedding reception on the 18th of August 2023, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The serene garden and captivating glasshouse provided a dreamy setting that had our guests in awe. A massive thank you to Pip, Verity, and Kerry. Your dedication and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Pip’s creative touch, Verity’s organizational prowess, and Kerry's helpful presence were instrumental in making our day seamless and unforgettable. We highly recommend The Night Yard for its stunning backdrop and a team that goes above and beyond to ensure a successful event. I can’t really find the words to describe how amazing our day was…but I’ll give it a good go! Pip and Kerry went above and beyond for us. It’s the most beautiful venue and all of our guests were stunned at how picturesque and perfect it all looked. It really is a hidden gem of a venue, made even better by the staff. Being able to use the beautiful, surrounding orchards for our couple shots has given us perfect photos that we will cherish forever. The range of caterers who we could choose from was amazing, and they did anything we wanted - we went for a Mexican themed meal! We made the day personal to us by decorating the tables ourselves and adding little touches throughout the day which made it even more special. We were able to bring in whichever suppliers we wanted, and we definitely made use of that! We also took advantage of The Night Yards prop hire which was so handy. If you’ve been lucky enough to find The Night Yard in your search for a wedding venue, don’t hesitate to book it - you really will have the most wonderful, surreal experience. The Night Yard was great choice for our wedding!!! The venue and staff were both excellent and accommodating. The venue has everything you need in it and makes it more intimate as everything is in one place but gives you room to move around. The staff, especially Kerry was excellent and gave us all the support we needed and more. I have left more of my views below – if you are considering getting married you should have a look. The wedding was of course great, but let me tell you about: THE VENUE Glasshouse - Really nice venue which matched everything we hoped for. It has a big glasshouse which is where our ceremony and wedding breakfast was held, it is large enough to cater for everyone and still have space for a DJ. Courtyard - It has a nice outside garden / courtyard where ceremonies can take place too, this is a big open space that latches on to the main glasshouse which means all your guests are in the same area (which means no wandering off guests). The kids loved the courtyard and played outside for lots of the time. The staff even put out games to entertain them (and adults too). Parking - lots of parking and you can leave your car overnight. Lockers – They also provide you with access to big lockers to store things in a couple days before which does help – we didn’t need to but it is useful to have. THE STAFF This was the other main reason we chose The Night Yard. On our first viewing of the venue Kerry was great and you can tell really loved her job, she explained everything and walked us around the venue and left no doubt in our mind that the staff really love to help. After we paid a deposit we harassed Kerry quite a lot and she was always happy to help, we went back to venue 2 or 3 times and she was very accommodating and supportive and gave lots of good advice. Honestly Kerry was great and she made everything so much easier. We would message or call her for queries regarding table clothes, and table layouts etc and she didn’t mind at all. The other staff were great too, Pip in particular who handled the drinks package was really nice and helped too. Unfortunately, Kerry wasn’t there to facilitate on the wedding day but we had Pip who performed well and made sure everything ran smoothly. All the other staff we came across were great too. They’re very accommodating, you can even bring pets. No problems at all with the staff. And Kerry went above and beyond. PACKAGES Food / Catering – our catering was actually really good and the food was really nice, but only bad side for me was the lack of choice for the caterers. The Night Yard have a selection from a few caterers to use which fits into your package but for us some wasn’t available on the day and we had a choice between only 2. It did work out well but I think they should have a larger choice (but then I suppose its what makes them good because they know their suppliers etc). External Caterers – you can bring your own external caterers in, but they will charge £500 to do this, however that option isn’t that bad if you have your own preferences as most caterers are very expensive (ours was!). OVERALL I 100% am happy with the venue and the service, the wedding was great and I had no issues or problems at all.

I sincerely enjoyed photographing a wedding at Wilderness in the summer of 2023. The team at Wilderness were incredibly friendly & helpful - I honestly couldn't fault them. The day ran superbly which is all a fellow wedding supplier could hope for! The venue's team were supportive, attentive and well-informed about the couple's plans/expectations which, ultimately, helped keep the day's events on track and everything running smoothly. Wilderness is a beautiful outdoor venue - perfect for couples looking for a wedding venue surrounded by trees, nature and woodland.

We had our wedding here in September 2024! What an incredible, special, different but magical place. All our guests were blown away by the venue. The staff were super helpful - from dealing with all our requests leading up to the day and helping us set up the day before. The the staff and event manager couldn't of been more perfect, friendly and fun on the actual day. This place will always be very special to us! Cannot recommend it enough.

For lovers of the outdoors, this has to be one of the coolest Kent venues for a wedding! Being a wedding photographer and lover of the outdoors myself, there's little better than having so much nature/space to tell such amazing wedding stories. Having all the guests walk through the meadows from the ceremony at the Boathouse to enjoying food under a serene woodland canopy is just such a joy to shoot! Also, keep an eye out for those amazing golden hours you get spoiled with in the meadow! Always adore coming back here to photograph!

Jane and Keith provided considerable support at the wedding of our daughter on 16 July 2022. As it was a three-day event at our house with 210 guests, there was a great deal to do. We did not employ a wedding planner and so Jane and Keith had to co-ordinate the various providers over the three days. This involved the caterers, catering implement suppliers, the suppliers of the extensive lighting for the grounds, security, photographer, band, DJ, portaloos, pre-arranged transport at the end of the evening, event timings and so on. It was a big job and they worked tirelessly, understood what was involved and were calm and energetic. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and indeed would certainly look to employ their services again.

Blessing coordinated my wedding day in May 2018, from finalising the decorations of our reception, to understanding our wishes for the day, making our delicious wedding cake and finally making it all happen by contacting the suppliers and providing a schedule. What a Blessing she was! She handled everything exceptionally well from the ceremony to the reception and kept me calm throughout the day. There was nothing she could not do, timely and professional from start to finish my wedding day ran smoothly and she was always on hand to assist me if I needed anything from her. Blessing is a fantastic event planner - especially for Nigerian weddings since she knows the needs of guests and she’s able to deal with issues as they come up and fix them on hand. My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

Blessing was the wedding planner for my friends wedding, I was a bridesmaid and Blessing did an absolutely amazing job. She catered for everyone from the bride, to the family, to us the bridal party. Everything came out beautifully and the bride was super pleased with everything. Very professional at the face of adversity also. Handled everything very well on the day as well as the whole weekend (destination wedding in Italy). Would definitely recommend Blessing to anyone!

We would just like to give a huge heart felt thank you to all of the team at The Old Kent Barn. We had our special day on a sun filled day on 3rd January 2025 surrounded by all our family and loved ones. Our wedding was brought forward with 6 months due to doctors advice to my wife. They couldn’t of been more helpful. Helped us through every step of the way and guided us through the entire process. This was an absolute god send to my wife who is regularly in and out of Kings College Hospital. The team took all the stress and worry from us and were always on hand in with any questions. They were absolutely awesome. They are extremely well organised and ensured everything went well. Our fairy tale wedding became a reality and we owe this to all the team. What is there not to love at the Old Kent Barn?! Such a beautiful wedding venue in Kent. I have had the pleasure of photographing multiple weddings at this stunning venue. Being a wedding photographer myself, being spoiled with all the gorgeous countryside, the super friendly team and some of the most scrummy food, always makes the Old Kent Barn such an amazing venue to photograph at. With so many different spots to explore for pictures, it's always quite the treat, and a space where I just love photographing wedding stories! A fantastic venue!!

I photographed a wedding here last summer and I'm not surprised they have so many outstanding reviews. The staff are so well organised and this combined with everything need being on the same site, means the day runs seamlessly from waking up until the final drink! We held our engagement party at this venue, molly catered for all our needs, it was a fantastic evening. The place is spacious and bar staff were so amazing and quick the whole evening! We recently got married at Quex and cannot put into words just how perfect everything was made for us. They gave us the best day of our lives. We met Molly back in 2022 and instantly felt we could trust her with our big day. In the lead up Alice went above and beyond to make sure everything we had asked for was in place and nothing ever felt like to much trouble. Laura was brilliant on the day helping to keep things on schedule and making sure all our guests were happy. The chefs are amazing and the bar staff were awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Although the venue and its surrounding gardens are absolutely stunning our decision to book with Weddings at Quex was mainly due to the 3 ladies in charge. Their hard work, attention to detail and passion for what they do really did put us at ease. Never once did we feel stressed and that’s hugely because of them. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you team Quex. My only small piece of feedback would be Molly’s choice of footwear.

The venue is stunning, the organisation and communication was first class right from the start, we booked it immediately on our first visit. Tania and Sam made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. The castle is so magical and the staff so welcoming going over and beyond our expectations. They were happy to accommodate our requests (we wanted our friend to conduct the ceremony who is a registrar). And to have our dog with us - he had a great wedding day! We had many WOW moments especially in the little details (roaring log fire /home made rose petal confetti / raspberries in our champagne) the elopement team made our day the best! The cake , flowers, decorations and food were exceptional. All our friends and family have loved seeing Fleur’s amazing photographs of our 50 shades of pink elopement at Westenhanger Castle 🏰 . We would highly recommend the elopement service they offer.

After deciding we wanted to elope we started to look into a venue. We came across elope kent on Google. After looking through there website we decide to look at allington castle venue. From the minute we spoke to sam at elope we felt instintatly in safe hands. Sam was amazing and reassured us the whole way through. Our display created by Your Day Events was absolute perfection and completed our party theme. We requested pastel Pokémon and Gemma managed to source these adorable Pokémon pictures. The attention to detail was amazing and I’d highly recommend using Your Day for any parties or events! 🎈

Came across your day events whilst browsing instagram for my baby shower. I wanted something more then the traditional balloon arch to fit in more with my ‘country’ theme. Your Day Events delivered ! After sending across my initial ideas and enquiry everything was discussed from wording to specific palette colours and costing . Set up and install was done by the team , had so many compliments on the day and the guests loved the photo ops! Recommend and would use definitely use again for another event!

Emma and her team provided an exceptional service for this high profile event discerning exactly the vision we had in mind with fresh ideas, being very pro-active, fast acting precise decisions when required and nothing was too much trouble. Evoke helped me organise the disco, photo booth some drapes and extra lights for the venue. Emma got everything perfectly timed so each part was installed at a set time on the day so it was minimally disruptive to the wedding party, the draps add that extra special touch to the room, the mirror photo booth was a major and DJ was spot on. All in all Evoke events added those finishing touches to what was a memorable special occasion. Highly recommended and when my other daughter gets married I will use Evoke events again. Thanks Emma💕

Emma was absolutely incredible from start to finish!
