We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had our wedding at The Barn at Avington last week and it was honestly perfect. The venue has the perfect mix of outdoor and indoor space to personalise and make your own and the location is beautiful. Beth is absolutely amazing and will help make your ideas come to life! We couldn't thank her enough for helping make our wedding day the day it was. It was such a fun, relaxed day and we've had (and still getting) so many compliments from our friends and family.

You have to book The Barn at Avington for your wedding it is a stunning venue by the river Itchen with beautiful scenery and most importantly you get Stacey Page help you with your big day!! As a person who loves organisation, watching Stacey and her team work was SO SO SO SO satisfying. They were smooth and seamless and without them our day wouldn’t have been as special as it was. All the stress and anxiety of a DIY wedding just went away on the big day when Stacey and her team took everything out of our hands. Stacey we cant thank you and your team enough we’ve loved every second of working with you. What a beautiful place, so pretty and calming for funerals and other ceremonies. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome, and we are forever grateful to Steels' funeral directors and Claire, our ceremony speaker it was just perfect for our needs and wishes. The garden room was stunning with it beautiful garden view and the river running through. Celia would have been very pleased we chose you to help us send her onto her new garden up above x. Thank you so much x Parking place to help to others there is a big car park over the road from the little roundabout it is set back a little bit from the traffic lights and pedestrian crossing big red building 9 floors and 3 pounds to park for the day! Very close to Chesil House xx

Events for you did the decor for our wedding at sandford springs. The seats, backdrop and decor was on point and beautiful. They were on time and where they needed to be to make it work and happen. I would highly recommend.

Suzie & Steve and the entire Events 4 u team were incredible in providing our centre pieces, lighting and all of our finishing touches at our recent wedding at Audley Woods Hotel. The day was incredible and the beautiful blossom arch and trees were complimented by all of our guests!

We have had the pleasure to trade an event run by Dream Empire events and they were wonderful - great planning and communication, fair pricing and lovely people. Just updating my review: I've held quite a few stalls with Dream Empire now and they are brilliant, so well organised and professional. They offer great advice and provide very comprehensive guides for the events themselves. They are always looking to improve and are very engaging on social media platforms.

We went to the Eastleigh winter event today and I can honestly say that I was very impressed. I was expecting the usual array of 'junk' stands, overpriced and under quality, wow was I wrong! This event was what all events should strive for. A wide array of high quality, handmade items. There was a really broad selection of items and the prices were VERY impressive. The atmosphere was brilliant, everybody was very friendly and it really did exude Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would like to thank those responsible for making it such a wonderful day. This is what a Christmas event should be

I've taken my stand to the two new Eastleigh Markets run by Dream Empire, and I've been very impressed by their organisation and communication in advance and on the day, and their pitch fees are very reasonable too! I'm looking forward to being at more of their events next year.

I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

I had the pleasure of meeting Rosie in my capacity as a wedding celebrant. She is a consummate professional has a fabulous sense of style, is hugely creative and an enviable address book of contacts from which to draw. Instantly likeable and someone you just know will be a constant calm, focused and reassuring presence who will help turn your dream for your event into a reality. Her dedication to the job has no bounds. I love this image of her working hard despite the near tropical conditions at a wedding we worked on together in the summer last year. Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.
