I've been coming here for a few years for my dental cleanings, and Emma Leng- and her assistant - is absolutely fantastic! She is always professional, thorough, and makes the entire experience comfortable.

I've been a patient at VIDA Dentistry for a while now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. James is a fantastic dentist—professional, thorough, and always makes me feel at ease. I've also been seen by Duaa, the implant specialist, who is equally excellent. The whole team is outstanding, including Stacy, who is always friendly and reassuring, and Louise on reception, who is welcoming and helpful. As a very nervous patient with many bad experiences in the past I was extremely nervous about restarting my dental journey, but I can honestly say my experience at VIDA has been exceptional. From the first consultation with James right through to today's session with Summer the hygienist, it's been a very good experience and I don't say that lightly! My concerns have been listened to and I was never made to feel silly for being so anxious I was offered sedation and anaesthetic and I felt like I was cared for every step. The results so far are great and the work continues and I'm confident that for the first time in my life I may well end up with a confident smile. I highly recommend the team at VIDA especially if you're someone that feels a bit anxious and hasn't managed to see a dentist for a while.

Dates were flexible... admin was spot on and yet again the best care I have ever experienced. Lovely reminder phone calls by lovely staff...what more do you need! James Pugh and his dental assistant were nothing short of brilliant. So so caring, fantastic communications and the end result today couldn't me happier! I will see this amazing team again in 60 days so will follow up with the journey. Thank you again. A very happy man!

Summer was an incredibly friendly and personable Hygenist. We had a lovely chat about running the marathon! And she was very careful with my sensitive teeth. Thank you ☺️
