We hired the Lake House Cottage for a strategy away day, evening and stay over. The space worked perfectly for both the group strategy sessions and social side in the evening. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the surroundings serene and calm, perfect for stepping back, building trust and discussing the future. The team at The Grange were excellent, the food delicious and the break was an overall huge success, I can’t recommend this venue more highly. Ed W

Absolute perfection-- we LOVED our stay in the charming Clock Tower. Gorgeous and easy location, excellent amenities (great window treatments for letting in the sun or closing for privacy, very comfortable beds, crisp linens, full fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, well-stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms with giant tub or rainfall shower), and everything you need for a short or long visit. There is so much to do in the area, and coming back to the apartment at night under the stars was magical. Tara and her team were so proactive and welcoming: definitely 10/10. They even provided welcome treats and local recommendations for children. It was the best stay of our whole trip. Thank you for a wonderful time-- the kids are asking to come back for a longer stay as soon as possible!

The Grange was the first venue we viewed and, from the moment we arrived, we knew that this would be the place where we would celebrate our wedding! Julia made us feel so welcome from our first meeting and, throughout the planning process, we were incredibly well looked after by the whole team. Tara was brilliant in helping us to fine tune the wedding weekend - we booked all of the on-site accommodation to allow our family, plus the bridesmaids and groomsmen to celebrate with us for the whole weekend, which was the best decision ever! A separate review for the accommodation will follow. They also recommended amazing suppliers, such as Becka Cooper (our joyful caterer who is a certified culinary genius) Ward-Brown (our incredible and fun-loving photographer who captured the attached photos), Wildbunch (our wonderful floristry team who made the most spectacular floral arrangements), Whitwams (who used thoughtfully arranged lighting and sound to bring the Grange to life) and Allens (who provided the pristine table linen and beautiful crockery and glassware). Now, for the wedding day! The emotion I felt when our vintage bus bumbled along the driveway and we got our first glimpse of the Grange is difficult to put into words, but (as cheesy as it sounds) it was a dream come true. When we arrived, Julia, Tara and Amanda were waiting with glasses of fizz and beaming smiles. The two years of teamwork had paid off! 💞 Throughout the wedding reception, all three wonderful ladies were mingling with our guests, attentively looking after us all and ensuring everything went smoothly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the time of our lives all day and night. They even gave us a personalised card and a bottle of The Grange sparkling wine! They also captured their own wonderful footage, which they made into a reel for us to enjoy when we woke up the next morning. Right up until Midnight, the whole team waiting staff, lead by Amanda, were kind and attentive to all of our guests. We have had so many compliments since the wedding about the Grange team and their attention to detail, warmth and friendliness. They have also been described by multiple guests as ‘the best looking staff team’ they have ever seen! We honestly feel as though we have gained a new family since we booked our wedding two years ago, the Grange experience is like no other and we will be forever grateful for it! ✨

I recently organised a surprise 30th birthday weekend for my boyfriend at Abbotstone Farm House, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The team at The Grange were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything remained a surprise. Communicating with Tara was a pleasure—she was always efficient and responsive, and no question or request felt too big or small. The thoughtful welcome hamper was such a lovely touch and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The stay itself was amazing. Abbotstone Farm House is warm, charming, and beautifully homely, with plenty of space to relax, play games, and enjoy meals together. We were fortunate to catch some late summer sun, which meant we could make full use of the tennis court, private pool, and the estate’s extensive grounds. The evenings were cool enough to light the fires, which added an extra element of cosiness to our stay. There are a number of great activities available around the estate to choose from, but in the end, our group opted for the cider-making and tasting workshop. Fred and Patrick expertly guided us through the whole process, from picking apples and pressing them for juice to explaining how cider is made and letting us sample some of their own creations. They were both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making the experience a highlight of the weekend. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I can confidently say, on behalf of all our friends, that we highly recommend staying at Abbotstone Farm House. Whether you’re planning a family gathering or a weekend away with friends, this place is a fantastic choice—we're already looking for an excuse to return!

So glad we booked All Parties & Events. Tony was a brilliant DJ, we met with him by video call before to talk through music styles, any special songs we had and also any type of music we didn’t want to hear, he was very professional. The dance floor was busy all night, he knew what songs to put on next to keep the party going and to keep everyone on the dance floor and also get all ages on the dance floor. We both said how much of an amazing job Tony did and so many guests said the same too! We liked that there was no rush to do our first dance, he just said to let him know when we were ready and it worked really well as it gave the chance for evening guests to arrive. Also loved the option for guests to upload photos on the DJ screen at the front of the dance floor, getting sent those photos the next day was very funny! Thank you!

Thank you to Mal from All Parties and Events for being a brilliant DJ at our wedding at East Horton. We had people on the dance floor all night long and having a great time. There was many people coming up to us saying how the music was great and “their era”! Mal went through all different generations making sure there was something in there for everyone. Mal was always very friendly and the best DJ we’ve seen! He also provided an extra light service which helped set the mood in the venue and allowed us to have the most perfect first dance. Nadia has been fantastic in arranging my proposal in very short amount of time and is very flexible to changes and requests. The full set up was done quickly and looked amazing and exactly how I had envisioned it! We had our wedding here in June of 2024 and wow... I can't imagine having it anywhere else. It was PERFECT. Hayley was incredible throughout, from the day we first viewed the venue right up until the day after. She was so helpful and friendly, and did everything she could to ensure that our day went smoothly. We got married on the hottest day of the year and at one point her and her team brought out fans to ensure our guests were comfortable. The parking attendants were friendly and helpful - a lovely professional touch. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and all of our guests kept telling us how breathtaking our venue was. If you're looking for a timeless, beautiful canvas to throw a marquee wedding, I can't recommend Bradgate Manor enough!

Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

I had the pleasure of working with team for my Indian engagement. It was the first time they’d done an event of this kind but there was no hesitation and they knew they’d be able to create my vision. They were able to produce an elegant and breathtaking set up. They were organised, the best time keeping and reached out with options and alternatives if certain ideas weren’t doable within the budget! I’m so glad I chose them and can’t wait to work with them again!

Richard and his team catered for our evening wedding reception for 100 guests. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food was wonderful. All of our guests also commented how lovely the food was. Richard was excellent with the lead up to wedding giving me lots of ideas of what we could have and different price options. We would highly recommend P P catering and events.

Hired PP Catering for my wedding and was more than happy with the service. The quailty of the food was very good and the price was very reasonable. The wedding venue was a dry hire meaning we had to organise everything ourselves. PP Catering helped out with the food, furniture, kitchen equipment, cutlery and glassware, mobile bar, evening drinks, evening food, toilet cabin, set up and breakdown. They worked effortlessly with other suppliers such as the dancefloor hirer, band and wedding coordinator. Before the wedding they visited our home address so we could try their food, attended venue recces with us and were very flexible to our changing needs. Including last minute changes to some guests food and seating plan. Overall the wedding was quite ambitious. We had approx 100 guests and they all left happy. I would highly recomment PP Catering.

Booked the company for a 40th party. Everyone complimented the food. Food was great the quantity was more then enough. Staff members were super friendly and cool. All went according to plan. Thank you for your time and service. Will def recommend this catering company again for sure.

Richard and his team were fantastic and proactive throughout the day. We booked Richard and his team for our wedding to serve Paella. A few months before the day, Richard gave us a sample of the food and went through every detail of the serving process, even helping us with other aspects of the day. I would highly recommend booking PP catering.

We celebrated our wedding at Holywell Estate on 22nd July. The weather was awful but Bryonie, George and the team were absolutely fantastic! We had such a wonderful day, which all ran so smoothly, and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue and such a helpful team! Thank you!

Holywell Estate is one of the Souths most beautiful event venues. Apart from it's natural beauty what really sets it apart from other venues is the warm welcome, and superb service you get when you book or attend any kind of even here. A wide range of corporate services are available including team building days and board room hire. My wife and I held our wedding at Holywell in August in the beautiful walled garden. It was without doubt the best day of our lives and this is no small part due to the fact we held the day at Holywell. We booked things 2 years ago and Bryonie has kept in touch with us all the way through the lead up to our big day making sure everything was in place and organising our chosen suppliers. When the day arrived Bryonie and her team were so attentive and made sure we had nothing to worry or stress about. They were even able to react to the potential of some really unfavourable weather on the day. We held our daughter’s wedding in the walled garden. Bryonie was amazing in helping us pull the event together working with us and our suppliers throughout. Tony did a brilliant job in setting everything up. As for the venue itself. Fabulous. The ideal venue with the walled garden providing a blank canvass to create the perfect dream day. Our guests were stunned many commenting that it was breathtaking.
