Had the pleasure of working for Raggy and Boo on new years eve. The evening was at a private residence and looked absolutely amazing, the staff, catering, and music were absolutely on point and I could not fault at all, everyone worked to create a amazing atmosphere for the clients and their guests. I would definitely work with Anouska again and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a experienced event planner that really goes over and beyond for their client's, her knowledge and contacts in the industry gives her clients the very best suppliers to make any event one to remember. We worked with Anouska on a New Year's Eve party and couldn't recommend her more highly! She had a really clear overarching vision for the evening whilst also being open to suggestions from us. We worked with Anouska at Raggy and Boo on two fantastic events during 2023. The first was a spectacular wedding for 250 guests and the second an equally impressive New Years Eve Party for the same numbers. We found both events to be well thought through, planned and delivered. The look and style complimented each event perfectly and the the management on the day was done in a calm and reassuring way. To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! Communication with them was easy, they are so friendly and amazing at what they do. Thank you so much, Mr & Mrs Oliver ❤️

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

The ballroom ceremony space is a photographer's dream and creates the most beautiful light for ceremonies. The house is a spectacular, elegant backdrop for wedding portraits. Attended a wedding at Northbrook Park and spent a night in one of their lodges. First of all the wedding venue was fantastic from the wedding hall to the dining room and evening entertaining area. Staff were very attentive and helpful throughout and the menu chosen and served was very nice. The lodge accommodation was a really good set up. The lodge consisted of 3 digital lockable private en-suite bedrooms, 2 upstairs an 1 down with a shared lounge/dining room/kitchen on ground floor. The accommodation spec was high and included everything you would need to cook meals if desired. We travelled to Northbrook Park from Devon but hear that it has a good reputation as a wedding venue. No idea how much the accommodation cost as it was part of the wedding package. Definitely recommend as a venue for that special day. Very impressive.

We went to this venue for my friend’s wedding and it was a really good place. Ideal for a wedding as everything is in one place: parking, accommodation, food/hospitality, scenery. This made it easier for the guests as they didn’t have multiple locations to go to. I would definitely recommend.

I am a wedding photographer and I LOVE this venue! I’ve had the pleasure of photographing at this venue many times and every time it doesn’t disappoint! A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. Almost a week later the balloons were still going strong and displayed in the nursery showcasing her color theme beautifully. Thank you Paul, Tara loved them Karen Palmer

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼

Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!
