Luxters is a stunning venue because of its uniqueness, beauty, intimacy - but most of all, it is informal yet really special. The team were amazing at making everything run like clockwork on the day - all my guests raved about the venue and said it was the most personal and lovely wedding they have been to. It’s amazing for a summer wedding and the surrounding areas are truly beautiful. We didn’t have the food tasting due to the additional cost, but all the food was amazing - we went for sharing platters and it added to the relaxed and social vibe that we were after. I have very few criticisms: There are a few additional costs that surprised us but on the whole, it is really great value for money. It is also worth pointing out that if you’re not a very organised person yourself, I would recommend booking in meetings with the planners in advance as they’re very busy and it’s left up to you unless you ask for the help. However, I’m used to running events and project management so this wasn’t really a problem for me - the team followed my every instruction to the letter and the day couldn’t have gone smoother. Luxters will always have a special place in my heart - I don’t think any other venue compares. Thank you so much to the team.

We got married here last November and it was the most perfect venue. Having been to a few weddings this year I am now able to compare the service and staff, and can confidently say that we got very lucky with Old Luxters. Everyone was so accommodating and professional, and nothing was too much! The venue is small but it was perfect for us, and the barn was turned around from the ceremony to our wedding breakfast seamlessly. We will cherish our memories here forever and look forward to returning for many more visits!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at Old Luxters Barn, and it truly is a gorgeous venue, especially if you’re planning an outdoor ceremony on the lawn overlooking the vineyard – it's simply stunning! The vineyard, along with the nearby woodlands and fields, creates the most incredible backdrop for photos, full of natural beauty and charm. We got married here last September and it was the most perfect day. Would recommend to anyone who's considering the venue. The staff were so helpful and couldn't have made my life easier in organising everything and pulling off the best wedding ever!!

We recently got married at Old Luxters Barn after an exceedingly long, COVID imposed delay. And all I can say is that it was worth the wait. Charlie and Beverly were both excellent wedding planners for us, helping us shape the wedding of our dreams and my wife and I can't thank them enough. The whole team at Luxters worked tirelessly on the day to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch, and surpassed our every expectation. On the morning of the wedding they worked seamlessly with our vendors to get the venue setup and turned around the barn with a well practiced ease and speed. OLB itself is a wonderful setting for a wedding, and so many of our guests had nothing but praise for the location. The addition of the bigger marquee is also great come rain or shine (had a bit of both). Lastly the food was fantastic, both for the wedding breakfast and the pizza in the evening from the newly installed pizza van. If you want a rustic, country style wedding, you couldn't ask for a better place than Old Luxters Barn.
