We cannot recommend Sarah enough. She is AMAZING - a hit with us, and with ALL of our guests. People had nothing but wonderful comments to say about Sarah and how lovely she was. To be honest, we stumbled across her website in a desperate attempt to find a wedding planner at short notice, who could help us ensure the smooth running of our day. We can't believe how lucky we were to find Sarah. She is like having a best friend there, but also a totally professional and on-the-ball organiser. She helps as much, or as little as you wish, and always with complete enthusiasm for you and your day. She is a safe pair of hands and a calming influence in the moments you really need it. I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. On our wedding day the room looked incredible, the attention to detail was spotless and I couldn’t of been more happy it was perfect. Thank you so much jodie for making my wedding dreams come true 🥰

Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

Michelle was absolutely incredible from start to finish, she knew exactly what our vision for the hall was and her drapery was stunning. It totally transformed the venue and left people speechless! Beau Blush have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we will not hesitate to use them again for any future events, they made the whole process seamless even amongst the uncertainty of Covid! I contacted Michelle during the lockdown to decorate my wedding venue. I didn’t really have a “vision” but thankfully she had decorated this venue before and was able to recommend me what she could do to make the venue even more exceptional. When I met her, she explained how everything would look and it came to life on the big day. Thank you Michelle!

We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Khia & Kirsty @ The Events Co were so helpful in making sure our wedding ran smoothly this Summer! They took care of furniture, catering, staffing, on the day co-ordination and moral support!! We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. My Husband and I could not recommend Lorna( The wedding package company) enough she did the most perfect job making my wedding look like a dream, she was so helpful in helping pick the perfect decor and she is really lovely and easy to talk to.

Lorna helped with the table decorations for our wedding. She helped me massively when I was struggling to make decisions but she brought all of the thoughts I had, and turned them into reality. It was more than I could have ever wished for - the room looked absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much for all you did to help us create our dream wedding!

Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

Luminique were absolutely incredible and helped make our wedding stunning! From booking them all the way through the process their service was outstanding and they were so friendly, helpful and responsive! They worked really hard to bring our vision for our day to life and we were blown away by the final outcome! They went above and beyond, working with our venue to make sure everything went smoothly and we really couldn't have asked for more! We had a bulb plank, fairy lights on the ceiling and fairy lights on the back wall- it made the venue look so magical. Amazing service, from initial contact to the end of the wedding the service was incredible. Nothing was too much for them, the chairs, Sashes everything was beautiful. I knew what we were having but was still wowed when I walked into the room. The room was set up the day before and in between the ceremony and wedding brekkie they worked so hard to change the room over and again between the wedding brekkie and evening reception, by the time we were up and had breakfast the following day the room was cleared, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service and beautiful room set up.
