We hired the Pop up Photo Box for our wedding reception and it was absolutely fantastic. The props and the back drop fit well to our theme (we got married in Vegas a month ago). Kayleigh (sorry if I got this wrong) was so friendly and helpful, the guests were also loving her fun vibe. We had as many prints as we wanted, which guests could stick in the signing book that was included. I was also sent all the photos by WeTransfer just in case any were lost and I can see all the pictures taken on the night! Would definitely recommend.

Pop Up Photo Box was an amazing addition to our wedding celebration!! The guests absolutely loved it, and we have loved looking through our guestbook at all the different photos! Aston was brilliant; he replied promptly, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Charlie was our attendant for the day and she was incredible!! She had wonderful energy, interacted with the guests and made sure everyone had so much fun. There was a wide selection of props and it was such a hit, people kept going back again and again! I cannot recommend Pop Up Photo Box enough!

Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. We ordered a Party Box from My Special Event Boxes 4 U for our 5-year old's birthday party, who was needing a smaller party due to Covid and wanting that special themed event made extra special for him. We are both busy working parents and just wanted someone to do everything for us and simply opening a box containing a party was just perfect for us. We contacted the website's owner Zoe Pniewski and was delighted with her friendly nature and really thoughtful ideas for our son's box. We wanted good quality and was very pleased with many suggestions we had not thought about. We opted for her Superhero's Marvel Avengers Box, which is his current favourite theme! We had great communication throughout and just sat back and waited for his box to arrive ahead of his party. The box arrived and we could not have been happier, everything was packaged beautifully, very well labelled and contained top quality party items. We had everything to set up a full party table, room decorations and even party games, party bags and plenty of balloons. The party was a huge success with very little for me to do other than open and set the party room! Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without her help. My wife and I could relax fully knowing Suzanne had everything under control on the day which made everything easy. I had an engagement ring ready to go for numerous weeks/months, but I just couldn't find the right moment or scenario that felt special enough. I then came across the proposal experts, and after a short consultation I had a list of 5 or 6 proposal ideas customised for me. They were carefully produced based on our discussion with included prices, descriptions, and pictures. After a couple more conversations we settled on Highcliffe castle, a setting safe from any poor October weather. They decorated the grand hall beautifully, organised an acoustic singer with my chosen song, a photographer, and constructed the scenario to enable the big surprise. My proposal could not have gone better, it was beautiful, we even got the weather so were able to head down to the beach for extra photos. If there is anyone out there wanting to propose, but unsure how you want to do it, eliminate the stress and get in touch with Nadia and Sophia, let them deal with it :)

Nadia has been fantastic in arranging my proposal in very short amount of time and is very flexible to changes and requests. The full set up was done quickly and looked amazing and exactly how I had envisioned it! She welcomed us and ensured from start to finish everything went well and was on stand by throughout the night. Highly recommended!

The food and all the staff on the day were just lovely and super helpful. Holly was amazing from start to end helping us plan and coordinate the best day ever. We recently held our son's christening at The Bugle, and it was an absolutely lovely day from start to finish. The venue provided the perfect setting for such a special occasion, with elegant aesthetics it wasn’t difficult to dress the room. What truly stood out was the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of; they were incredibly accommodating and responsive. I am already looking forward to hosting another event at The Bugle later this month. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful venue with fab service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better venue and experience for my 24th Birthday. The staff were all amazing and so so kind, I had the best night celebrating with my friends. We held our wedding at The Tithe Barn and it’s such a stunning venue - the staff are extremely professional, calm and kind and we felt in very safe hands! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience marrying at this venue. We wanted a beautiful setting with exclusive use for the full weekend, the flexibility to choose our catering options and lovely accommodation on site – we got all that and more at Manor Estate. Pippa is a delight to deal with, from the minute I met her I felt relaxed but knew that she would get things done! As it’s Pippa’s own business in her family estate, she really cares and we felt confident we would be well looked after, which we were. We had hoped to have the ceremony outside and although weather didn’t cooperate on the day, Pippa remained flexible and had both indoor/outdoor bars prepped in case there was the opportunity to be outside – which was wonderful when the sun shone after the ceremony for our drinks reception! The gardens are so pretty, there are so many beautiful photo opportunities. There is a good sized list of approved caterers to choose from which meant we had the flexibility to choose what suited us, whilst knowing that the caterers have done previous weddings at our venue. There is lovely accommodation on site (two separate wings), and with exclusive use for the weekend it meant that we could really enjoy the venue with our family rather than it all being over in a day. Being able to decorate the venue the day before really took the stress out of the preparations and Pippa was on hand to help and answer any questions, as she had been since the very beginning, always responsive and helpful. Pippa also went above and beyond helping my work colleagues coordinate a present to be delivered to the venue for us. We couldn’t have hoped for more and would highly recommend this beautiful venue.

We had our Wedding at the Manor Estate on August and it was the best day. Pippa is always on hand to set up and take down. During the day she was behind the scenes with the music and changing over of the room. It is the most beautiful venue and we are truly grateful to Pippa and her team! We had our wedding here on June 15 2024 after finding this beautiful venue over a year beforehand when in our initial planning stages. We were initially drawn to the venue by the picturesque grounds and beautiful interiors. After a virtual tour and a face to face visit, we fell even more in love with the place and decided to go ahead and place our deposit. Over the next year, we planned our day which, due to the natural beauty of the barn and grounds, required us to need minimal decorations - we didn't want to distract from the natural features of the barn or the lovely outside areas. Pippa was amazing throughout the whole planning stage, ensuring we were well prepared in the run up to the big day. Her personality and relaxed yet professional attitude shone through during our initial meets and really helped us to reach the decision to use the venue for our special day. Due to the unpredictable British weather, our original plan of being married outside was decided for us - the day before, we made the call to get married inside the barn due to the unwanted rain we were having. Although a little disappointed to have missed out on using the beautiful space outside for our ceremony, it was actually a blessing as our inside ceremony felt more intimate and enabled all of our guests to hear our wedding vows. We still managed to get some great photos later in the day within that beautiful space by the river having taken advantage of some intermittent sunshine. Pippa was around to help set up beforehand and on the wedding day itself, she (and her mum and partner) made the day go smoothly. The turnaround of the venue's indoor space (from ceremony, to wedding breakfast, to evening reception) was seamless and everything was set up to our requests and it looked beautiful. The wedding day itself was just perfect for us despite the on/off rain and Pippa definitely played a part in enabling our beautiful day to go so well. My family and I stayed in the South Wing the night before and night of the wedding. The accommodation was faultless and helped to create that calm atmosphere you need just before your wedding day. Who'd have thought we'd be appreciative of a log fire in June! Using the bridal suite to get ready with my bridesmaids was a real highlight. We all had so much space to do our thing with our hair and makeup artist also being able to set up with ample space, and our photographer able to navigate between us all with ease to get those all important 'getting ready' shots. Some of our guests stayed in the Courtyard the night of the wedding and passed on their comments as to how clean and comfortable the accommodation was. All in all, I would urge anyone to consider the Manor Estate for their wedding venue as not only is it breathtakingly gorgeous, but the help with planning and the support throughout the whole day was impeccable. Pippa really helped to completely eliminate any wedding-stress which allowed for all of us to enjoy such an amazing day together. Pippa - thank you so much for having us for our wedding day. You've helped to create memories that we will all treasure for the rest of our lives together. We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Nothing was too much trouble and whatever we requested along the way was met with a smile and was delivered efficiently. They supported us closely the entire time and helped us with the entire set up of the venue and organised everything to run smoothly the weeks leading up to the wedding. From our first meeting we got the comforting feeling that they genuinely care for each of their clients and understand what you are visioning easily within couple of minutes. We would recommend them to be hired as your wedding coordinators as they are the best in the events field and would give you the personal touch and care that you need especially at some of the most stressful weeks before the big day. Communication smooth and efficient throughout the planning process, and they were always prompt with in addressing our questions and concerns. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. We have now been married a week and I wanted to leave a review to let people know exactly how amazing a venue this is. The site itself is stunning and impeccably maintained in beautiful surroundings and very welcoming. This was only the second place we looked at and we knew straight away that this was the place we would be married. The team were all fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Olivia was the lady that took on our big day and her communication and attention to detail make her a credit to Southend barns. The in-house Roots catering team did a spectacular job at feeding us and all of our guest commented on how good the food was. Oh my goodness - where do we even begin, I don't think we will ever be able to thank you enough! From start to finish, Olivia and the team at Southend Barns have been nothing short of perfection. You ensured every single detail was executed flawlessly, and despite storm Darragh making an appearance on our wedding day, you made adjustments and handled it so that we didn't have to worry (Thank you so much for wrapping me in blankets so I didn't get hit by the rain / wind!) The food, was utterly sublime, so many of my guests have contacted me to compliment the food as well as the decor in the barn - it looked absolutely stunning. We had the best wedding at Southend and I couldn't recommend it enough!

There’s not enough words that can describe how amazing Southend barns is as a wedding venue. We were lucky enough to have Olivia as our wedding event manager from the first meeting right through to the day itself and she blew us both away with how amazingly she managed everything for us. Southend barns have a truly personalised service which makes you feel so special, even though they are incredibly busy and managing many weddings it never felt like that! Olivia gave us the most perfect day, working with all our suppliers and ensuring everything ran seamlessly so we could truly enjoy and soak up every moment. The venue is absolutely beautiful, I’ll never forget the emotions I felt seeing the barn set up for our wedding breakfast and the ceremony room the morning of my wedding - it was pure joy to see our wedding vision come to life by the incredibly talented event team! The food and drinks service was also incredible, we received non stop compliments from guests. We truly can’t thank Southend Barns enough for the experience they gave us, we would HIGHLY recommend the wedding venue and wish we could do it all over again!!

We recently had the pleasure of getting married at Southend Barns over the Christmas period, and it was incredible. We were told when venue hunting that you’d know as soon as you found ‘the one’ and we got that feeling immediately during our tour of Southend Barns well over a year ago. The staff (particularly Kelly and Olivia) made us feel welcome and looked after straight away. The whole process of wedding planning went so smoothly and felt completely professional from start to finish. The venue staff were always available and responsive to any queries we had in the lead up to the wedding, and we had multiple planning sessions/ catch ups to make sure the day went without a hitch. Roots catering were simply exceptional. The menu-tasting evening was fantastic for getting a feel of the venue all dressed up, and we felt spoilt for choice with the selection of amazing food available. Our only regret was not being able to pick it all! Our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! On the day, Kelly and the team had the events running like a well oiled machine. Considering we’d not been to tonnes of wedding previously, and there were multiple things we were unsure of for the actual running/timings of the day, the team delivered on their promise of us “not having to look at a clock all day”. People were gently herded and directed exactly where they needed to be and when. If there ever was any issues such as spillages or smashed glassware, these were handled calmly and discreetly. Our guests were simply gushing about the venue, and we were so happy it turned out the way it did for a winter wedding. It’s such a versatile venue that looks just as stunning and cosy on a sunny summers day as it does on a slightly windy and drizzly cold winters day like ours. The venue is completely able to handle large numbers of guests (we had 90 for the day and 120 for the evening) without feeling too crowded. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue to anybody. Our winter wedding was simply magical and completely stress free thanks to the amazing staff. Our wedding day was without a doubt the best day of our lives and we owe a significant proportion of that to Southend Barns!
