We cannot thank Jade enough for her vision, expertise and guidance during our wedding planning process and day itself. Her experience put us at ease and we knew that we could trust her with our plan. Her co-ordination on the day was absolutely perfect and she dealt with many different suppliers with such ease and professionalism. Jade's calm and positive approach allowed us (and our families!) to fully enjoy the day with no worry at all. We don't know what we would have done without her!! Genuinely superwoman!

Jade was a complete miracle worker with everything we needed to make the wedding day go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us so much guidance and brilliant advice. As the mother of the bride I was able to totally enjoy the day knowing that Jade was totally in control. She absolutely blew us away with her ability to remain completely unflappable throughout. She is so kind and was a joy to plan the day with. Her experience shone through. We are so thankful and grateful to have found Jade.

We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!

We had such a great experience with Chapter J Weddings & Events. They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided everything we needed with the full planning package, including decor and catering. From start to finish the attention to detail from Jade and her team was outstanding. We 100% recommend and will be using again for future parties!

We used The Events Co for our wedding at New Barn Farm this summer and could not recommend them enough. Their furniture/crockery hire service was so seamless with delivery the day ahead of when we started set up which gave us plenty of time, the catering was exceptional - they worked with us to create a bespoke BBQ menu and all the guests commented afterwards how great the food was - and the team’s waiting and bar staff were so accommodating and friendly. But Kirsty’s on the day coordination was by far the star of the show and something I would recommend to any couple. Nothing phased her - specific guest requirements, room change overs, even last minute change of plans due to the weather - she made our day run so smoothly and we’ll be forever grateful!

We decided to use Events Co for our wedding at Appuldurcombe House after meeting Khia at two Wedding fayre’s at Medina & IOW Pearl. From the very start Khia had the answers in terms of power, toilets, tables, food, decor, staff, a bar and so much more specifically at our venue and had several meetings and phone calls with us over a 22 month period building up to the big day. Consistent calls and emails with Khia and her colleague Kirsty ensured everything we had booked and wanted was ready to go and nothing was ever forced or unreasonable, if anything the opposite. As the wedding approached they really came in to their own, checking on finer details such as what flavour ice creams we preferred on the ice cream bike and the positioning of the burger van (out of a horse box) they had also provided. On the Thursday and Friday like clockwork Khia and the team were there, everything as ordered and being set up exactly how we wanted it, at one point extra staff were there to help set up the tables and decorate, something we didn’t even expect! Every member of the team worked so hard to get our wedding ready and on the day they were great with on the day coordination from Khia themself and the canapés, two course lunch (3 choices for each course) and then our burger and chips van exceeded expectation and got great feedback from our guests! Khia and the team remained on hand all day and eve to ensure rooms were switched round and pudding tables were topped up as well as keeping the guests watered at the bar! Full of good spirits, banter, accommodating our guests needs and having pics with my dad and refusing my mums supply of apple pies she had got reduced the day before! The wedding went perfectly and Events Co made it what it was without doubt! They were legends all of them and a massive part of our day being what it was. Thank you so much Adan & Harriet!

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty, Khia and the entire team at Events Co. for our wedding, and their contribution was nothing short of extraordinary. From the start, we received the most professional and honest service. We appreciated that nothing was forced on us and we could pick exactly what we needed for our big day. Even when there were few stressful moments, Kirsty and Khia already though ahead and had a solution for every issue that occurred or may have occurred. On set-up day everyone went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful and better than what we even imagined. A big shout out to Koo, who designed all our stationary and put up with all of our demands even until the week before printing. We would also like to mention that everything we hired was in great condition and the furniture looked great when all set up. Right from the start Events and Co couldn’t have done more for us. From meeting with Khia when we just needed someone to make us feel calmer to the big details of organising everything. We loved how honest they were with everything about our wedding and bringing out ideas to life. The food on the day was also incredible, with pretty much everyone speaking to us after about how amazing our wedding food was!!! And then our coordinator Kirsty, she honestly made us feel like our wedding was the most important day she had ever been on. As I Arrived she was even carrying my nephew ,who had already taken to her, to pass her to my sister ready to goo down the aisle. She couldn’t have helped more to make sure everything went seamlessly and not just this but throughout the day she was so smooth that she just made everyone fall in love with her and even sent us some pictures and videos the next morning that she’d got for us ! She worked amazingly with all the suppliers and we honestly didn’t have a thing to worry about all day! I couldn’t recommend this company enough and will continue with everyone that I know getting married or married handing an event from health forward. We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago (02nd November), with an Autumnal theme during the day which turned into a bit more of a Fiesta vibe in the evening. We got in contact with Victoria fairly early on and explained our vision in terms of decor, and she was so on board, communicative and helpful in taking our vision, and helping us to implement it - sending images of things she had in stock with prices, as well as suggesting which bits we could potentially do ourselves if we had the time. The Autumnal trees, and cake arch in particular really complemented and enhanced the theme during the day and helped to make the cake stand out, and the touches to the evening decor such as the ribbon wall and fake candles for memory table (Offrenda) really helped create the fiesta atmosphere we wanted! Victoria was very friendly, easy to work with and we would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for help or ideas on decor!

I can’t express how happy we were with the amazing work that Victoria did on our wedding venue decoration. She went above and beyond for us and nothing was too much trouble! She went out of her way to understand what our vision was for the day and discussed various options as well as giving us some amazing ideas that we hadn’t even considered. We had a simple wedding at the beginning of March 2024 and didn't want a lot of decor - Victoria immediately understood what we needed and made sure that it was simple and classic but beautiful too. It ended up perfectly complimenting our style, and we had lots of compliments about how the space looked. Victoria was really easy to deal with, very friendly, and I would absolutely recommend!

Victoria was an incredibly helpful supplier for our wedding. Putting us in touch with other suppliers and setting up fantastic decorations. Her decorations are amazing quality and there is a wide variety to fit any scheme. We couldn't have achieved such a cohesive professional look for our wedding without Victoria's input from early on. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Absolutely amazing service! Completely transformed our venue for our wedding at the weekend, and it looked fantastic! Lorna is amazing, has everything from table decorations to chair covers, to the sweet cart- which went down a treat! James, the fun photographer with all his props was just fantastic! So relaxed and polite, and was so much fun! Lorna went above and beyond by helping the venue set up and pack down, and moving our centrepieces from the house to the marquee in the evening! Cannot thank Lorna and James enough!

Lorna set up the floral love letters, doughnut wall and sweet cart for our wedding reception and we also hired the post box. She was so lovely and friendly and everyone loved the sweets and doughnuts.

My Husband and I could not recommend Lorna( The wedding package company) enough she did the most perfect job making my wedding look like a dream, she was so helpful in helping pick the perfect decor and she is really lovely and easy to talk to.

Lorna helped with the table decorations for our wedding. She helped me massively when I was struggling to make decisions but she brought all of the thoughts I had, and turned them into reality. We held our wedding reception at the Greyhound on the Test in June 2024, led by the incredible Sophie of WILDS Events management. Every element of the day was perfect, from the ceremony to the decor to the delicious food. Sophie carefully navigated us through the planning, making some fantastic recommendations along the way and was with us on the day, seeing to every detail in her calm and effortless way. We got married at the Greyhound on the Test this summer and had the most amazing day. The setting is beautiful and Wilds were brilliant. Planning a cross-continent, multicultural 4 day destination wedding in under six months could easily have been stressful, but they made it a fun and manageable project. Because of their close ties with everyone in the industry, we were able to pull off an incredible destination wedding with ease and in budget. Lastly, what you find is that you spend most of your time with your wedding planners and vendors during the wedding and planning process. When my husband and I initially met with Georgia at MatthewOliver Weddings, there was an instant connection. After a few weeks of initial planning, we had some unforseen circumstances arise and had to stop with proceeding on our planning. When we were ready to resume the wedding plans, Georgia was able to work us back into her schedule. We spent the next year and half planning our dream European adventure. Georgia was the perfect planner for us. She took all of our initial requirements (location, airport proximity, historical property, handicap accessibility) and found the perfect venue. Georgia managed every detail and vendor throughout the entire process, culminating in the best weekend of our lives. From sourcing local Flamanco dancers for the welcome party, to scheduling and planning site visits and tastings, to the carefully thoughout stationary, Georgia and the Matthew Oliver team took care of everything to insure that we had the best time with our guests. 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

Jodie was an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment we began. She listened to what we wanted and made it happen, and it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were stunning, the table decorations, the ramp decorations, the lanterns, the aisle and even down to her helping us make a U shaped table possible- was all perfect. Every single guest commented on how beautiful it was and complimented her work. Thank you to all at Event Themes by JW for the time spent setting up the on Friday and Saturday and for making the moving of flowers and relaying/ adding bar table’s absolutely seem less! I could literally go on and on about each and every aspect of the day… but I won’t. I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. On our wedding day the room looked incredible, the attention to detail was spotless and I couldn’t of been more happy it was perfect. Thank you so much jodie for making my wedding dreams come true 🥰

We had a memorable wedding thanks to this company. So professional but friendly at the same time., with great attention to detail. Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! Maria called me on Valentines day with the news that we had won a wedding venue after my partner and I had entered a competition. She has been helpful and supportive, providing us with the information required for the next steps. Anything support we need is offered, we just need to email or call. We are excited to continue the planning experience with her and Bespoke!

Bespoke Weddings have really helped us out, our wedding would have never have happened so soon without them and the competition. From the initial meeting with Maria she has been very supportive with our situation and helpful with us going ahead with the wedding in 6 months time which is very encouraging. We've never felt any pressure to go ahead with the competition or other options given but it's nice they support local companies. I would recommend anyone to apply to the competitions as it could save you a huge amount and get you married sooner than you ever expected and change your life!

Our experience so far has been great with Bespoke and can’t thank our wedding planner Nicole enough for her support. We never thought we’d hear anything back when entering the competition and then receiving a call to say we had won our venue costs for a venue of our dreams was amazing. We get married late 2026 but thanks to the quick responses from Nicole we have managed to secure the majority of our vendors through the competition at some amazing prices which has taken away so much stress so we can focus on the more sentimental details.
