We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!

Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did. I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same without her help. My wife and I could relax fully knowing Suzanne had everything under control on the day which made everything easy. I hope you make the same decision we did as you wont regret it!

Where do I start? . . . . . We had a lovely marquee wedding at the end of August and, to allow us to fully enjoy the day, we went looking for a wedding co-ordinator to run the day itself (as we were doing all the organising ourselves leading up to it) - what we ended up with was the Mary Poppins of wedding co-ordinators (complete with bottomless bag ready for ANY situation that may occur). Suzanne was everything we could have hoped for and more. From our first meeting with her, she presented herself as professional, experienced, dedicated and a truly lovely person to boot. While we didn't hire her services leading up to the wedding, she still made sure that she kept in touch, giving us little snippets of assistance in terms of where we were with our plans, drawing up a very comprehensive list of information to help with the structure of the day and checking in with us. Her insight when she came on a site visit was invaluable, to the point that we changed our intentions for where our guests entered (and what we finished with was truly perfect as well as feeling very natural). I was also able to reach out to Suzanne for help with other services, as her list of contacts was vast and each one with a proven track record (otherwise she wouldn't have recommended them), and it was down to her help that we were able to find a staffing agency for the waiters we needed. Her contacts also came in very, very useful as, a week before the wedding, our evening food supplier had to drop out. Suzanne was actually able to find some alternatives for us at such very late notice. Suzanne also insisted on coming onsite the day prior to the wedding to make sure that she was completely familiar with the set-up and what needed to be done the next day eg: We could set the tables up but the cutlery, crockery & glassware was arriving the morning of the wedding. When we arrived at the wedding, we were greeted by Suzanne and a member of staff with a) umbrellas (thankfully only needed for all of 5 minutes) and a drink, which was a lovely touch and epitomised the high level of excellence that Suzanne works to. We walked down the lawn to the marquee and when we got inside, it was the most incredibly magical experience - Suzanne had made sure that everything was exactly as it should be; the tables looked fantastic, the cake stand was brimming and everyone was laughing and talking with a Pimms or lemonade! Throughout the whole day, everything ran so incredibly smoothly with Suzanne's firm hand on the tiller. At no point did the service any of the staff provided seem rushed, lacking, or in any way anything other than amazing and that was down to her supervision; she had everything prepped and planned from the teapots & cake plates to the toast glasses and brownies. With a plane to catch the next day for her own 20th anniversary, Suzanne went well beyond the call of duty and at least the last hour of her time was off the clock as she just wanted to make sure that everything was sorted before she left, leaving us with so much less tidying to do ourselves the next day - it was great to see someone so invested in making your day special. 5 stars are not enough! From the day I met Jodie she put my mind at ease! I didn't have a clue where to begin planning a wedding, Jodie patiently sat down with me (and my Pinterest board) and went through everything. Jodie made examples of the centerpieces I had shown her in our colour scheme and they were exactly what we had wanted. Closer to the date Jodie met with myself and my husband and made sure we had everything we needed and reminded us of things we'd forgotten along the way. Throughout the whole process Jodie was never pushy for us to spend more money and worked alongside us with our budget. On the day everything was beautiful and the time and effort spent on every little detail was obvious. I would recommend event themes for any occasion and will definitely be using them again for future events! Thank you!

I attempted a wedding fair at the holiday inn and event Themes immediately caught my eye the table display looked beautiful and I knew I I wanted them to decorate our venue. Unfortunately our wedding got cancelled three times down to covid but jodie was amazing and kept in contact with me all the way through. We had a memorable wedding thanks to this company. So professional but friendly at the same time., with great attention to detail. Some things we forgot, thank god for Jodie she was good at coming up with the finer things! We got everything we asked for and more! We had a wake here for 150 people in July and we can't praise this place highly enough. For starters the building is beautiful (would make such a lovely wedding venue!) and the grounds are spacious and well kept. Then there's the staff, Billie could not do enough to help make sure our day was perfect, from the moment we met with her she has been so helpful, going above and beyond to ensure the day went exactly as we wanted. And on the day of the event she was helpful, friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time. The rest of the staff were also all so polite, prompt and helpful. Can't fault them. The food was also incredible. Billie helped ensure we had enough without overdoing it and everyone said how great it was (so much praise for the chicken wings!). We had plenty of options to choose from and all dietary needs were easily catered for. Beautifully presented and tasty as hell! For what was a really difficult day for us as a family, Penton Park and it's staff made it perfect.

It's a wonderful venue run by a lovely family. They have opened their home up as a day centre for the disabled called James Place and also use the house as a wedding venue which has had some great reviews. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained.

We had Stacey and her team as our on the day coordinators and honestly it was the best decision ever, I don’t know how we thought we would do it without them! The team think of everything and our day was so perfect and ran smoothly and honestly that was down to Stacey and her team, I can’t recommend them enough, we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding day, they were absolutely amazing and hands down the best money we spent on our wedding! ✨ thank you so much again Stacey! ❤️

Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

We cannot thank Anouska from Raggy&Boo enough, every single element of our wedding was delivered to perfection in her capable hands. No job was too big or too small, she was ready and waiting for our entrance to the venue with a glass of champagne and a smile and was just the most wonderful, calm and competent energy. We really, truly, mean it when we say we couldn't have done it without her and we would recommend her to everyone.

Having the pop up photo box at our wedding just made the reception! Our guests absolutely loved it and we captured some amazing memories from using the booth. Aston was really quick and informative when we spoke on email and the lady who was the attendant on the night (apologies I didn't grab her name) was amazing and seemed to be enjoying helping us take some great and hilarious photos. We hired Pop up Photo Box from Aston Dobson Events for our wedding. They were incredible and provided a great service with a fantastically large range of props for guests to use! We really appreciated the lovely book which guests were able to put a copy of their photos in and write a message. I can’t thank the girl running the photo booth enough as she pointed out that she hadn’t seen the bride or groom have photos and alerted guests to go get us before she packed away! We really appreciated this and her giving us time to get photos with our family and friends. We also love that we have received digital copies of all the photos! Amazing service which added so much fun to the evening. We highly recommend :)

We hired Aston & the team back in April 2024 for our wedding. Fast coward to August 2024 and my Husband turn’t 30. I knew I had to contact Aston and the team to get them to come to his surprise birthday party. I contacted Aston, as always so quick to respond and just so friendly. On the day, we had an issue where the initial venue cancelled on us. We sourced another venue (only 10 minutes away) and the Pop Up team were first there. Pop Up Photo Box was an amazing addition to our wedding celebration!! The guests absolutely loved it, and we have loved looking through our guestbook at all the different photos! Aston was brilliant; he replied promptly, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. Charlie was our attendant for the day and she was incredible!! She had wonderful energy, interacted with the guests and made sure everyone had so much fun. There was a wide selection of props and it was such a hit, people kept going back again and again! I cannot recommend Pop Up Photo Box enough!

Super happy with the service from Diamond Lush. They were always very fast to respond to emails which was very handy for wedding planning. We rented two large cherry blossom canopy trees and the lush flower wall. They both looked fantastic and we had a lot of compliments from wedding guests. They worked brilliantly as backgrounds for photos and for making the venue look pretty. Zero faff or stress with them delivering and setting up the items which they did on time and quickly. I would definitely rent items from them again if I organised another event.

Worth every penny and more! This man really knows what he is doing, experienced, dedicated and sophisticated. Alan met with us regularly over the run up to our wedding giving us advice when we needed and answers to questions we hadn't known we needed to ask yet! We got married at clock barn yesterday!!! I literally cannot fault anything. The food wouldn't go amiss in a Michelin star restaurant. The staff were attentive. Friendly. Busy. Our manager Noni was simply amazing. Her attention to detail, Friendly and approachable manner meant everything went without so much a blip. The grounds are kept immaculately. The rooms are to die for. I wouldn't think twice about recommending the clock barn to everyone I know looking to get married. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We've had the pleasure of performing at The Clock Barn for a full day Wedding. The indoor ceremony space was set out beautifully, there was plenty of room for guests to navigate their seats and for the photographer and videographer to move around quietly during the service. The outdoor space was perfect for music, afternoon drinks and canapes, we performed an outdoor set in the gardens where there was plenty of shade and outdoor seating. Overall the venue is stunning but equally the events team are so welcoming and friendly, they were very efficient with the room turn around and running of the day seemed effortless for the team, they work so well with vendors which was so refreshing to see! We really hope we get to come back and work at this beautiful venue again soon. If you're looking for a wedding venue that ticks all the boxes this is it! 🖤

I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a number of weddings at Clock Barn, as well as attending as a guest. As a wedding photographer, capturing several weddings at Clock Barn in Whitchurch has been an absolute pleasure. The venue offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance, with its stunning barn setting, beautiful surrounding gardens, and warm, inviting atmosphere. The natural light streaming through the barn creates a magical backdrop for photos, and the staff are always incredibly accommodating and professional, ensuring every wedding runs smoothly.
