Best pub food we have had in a long time. Fire was going and good atmosphere. Photos are chicken strip starter, steak, pork belly and biscoff cheesecake.
Great traditional village pub with garden, friendly and welcoming and serving excellent food and drink. Extensive menu with something for everyone, kids included, and generous portions, beautifully cooked. Highly recommend.
Food was extremely good and delicious and a lot of yummy choices. Portions were a good size. Staff were very cheerful and helpful. The atmosphere was great. We could have stayed in the pub all evening. Highly recommended.
We heard from the owner of our holiday let that this pub was under new ownership so we thought we'd give it a try and we both had lovely meals. There's a small car park adjacent along with a small garden. The locals park right outside the pub door making entry and exit difficult but that's locals for you.
Lovely locals pub, very friendly and welcoming. Nice garden. Food and service excellent. Give it a try!
