As a wedding photographer I get to see many wedding venues. The register office at Sherborne was really charming. The interior was tastefully decorated, looking faintly olde worlde, very bright with large aspect windows, and seating for a medium family gathering. The staff were lovely - the registrar in particular was really nice and the ceremony carried out beautifully. The gardens directly opposite the office were great too for taking some lovely shots of the bride and groom, with towering poplar trees forming a smart avenue, and plenty of flowers and greenery for those all-important wedding shots. A really nice, friendly place.

Great venue for marriage and civil ceremony. Staff brilliant.
