Visit to the hygienist today. Not usually my favourite pass time! The scale and polish went really well and both staff put me at ease. The process was thorough and gentle. More than that, they fully understood why I have a fear of the procedure and were unbelievably patient and considerate. Thank you 😀
Have been a customer here for as long as I can remember. Always a great service. This time round I made a mistake and had double booked myself, called up in the day of the appointment and they were able to move it to the following week with no hassle.
While a visit to the dental hygienist is always a challenge, it's sometimes painful. But the team worked hard to put me at ease today. The treatment wasn't painful and I came out with a shiny smile. Very happy indeed. Highly recommended!
