Nicky was very accommodating with the items i required. She send me photo's of what i wanted, to give me an idea on what i was hiring along with making the whole process nice and straightforward. Once the items were collected (by my dad) and bought to the venue i could certainly see Nicky looks after her props as the quality of the items were really good. I would thoroughly recommend Nicky and her business to anyone conducting any number of events not just weddings. If you are looking to conduct an event in Dorset, definitely check out this company. 5 * from me

We worked with Melanie for our wedding at Came House last year, and can honestly say she is one fantastic woman and the best wedding planner we could have hoped for. She is so experienced and organised, gave great advice throughout whilst listening to all our ideas. From the get go Marcus was incredibly friendly and helpful, the website is easy to use and the whole team just brought such good vibes during the evening - we couldn’t be happier with our choice! We also used their audio guestbook which was such a fun little touch, all our guests loved it and we got the recordings back the very next day. Really helpful throughout booking process and a good price compared to other companies I contacted. Staff on the night were great, friendly and helpful to people who did not know the rules of the games. Overall great addition to our staff party.

No issues whatsoever. I personally didn't use the casino tables but they were busy during our party and everyone has said how they enjoyed them, the fake money and the staff were perfect. I, myself, took full advantage of the photobooth which was easy to use, great props and the lovely young chap was on hand if any help needed. It was all ready for when we got there and loved the positioning of the entertainment.

We hired a photo booth for our wedding this summer. The booth was a lot of fun and really loved our print outs, guest book and props. Also plus of having online copies of each print. Only feedback we had is the member of staff who attended to man the booth did nothing the whole evening, slightly unsure why they were there. For example did not encourage people to use the guest book or the booth, just stood silently next to it all night.

Great experience with this company - they come every year to do a casino set up for our pupils, and yes again they provided an excellent service. We will be using them again next year!

We used Cartails for our wedding in July. They were absolutely great, perfect from start to finish. We had lots of zoom meetings before the wedding making sure everything was exactly as we wanted, and Josh was always on hand to answer questions and change things around to make them perfect. The team were fab on the day - the guests all said how lovely the bar staff were, and the cocktails were DELICIOUS! Couldn't recommend them more.

These guys were FANTASTIC! The most fun, professional team, and a wonderful addition to our wedding. The cocktails were incredible, the three bartenders were absolutely fantastic, and the bar looked perfect while running like clockwork. We used Cartails to provide bar service at our wedding recently. After initial conversations with Harrison, Josh took over the planning of the event and both were brilliant to work with. They clearly had a wealth of experience planning the events, and were able to offer excellent advice and ideas without us ever feeling like we were being upsold. They provided everything we asked for, going to particularly effort to make sure we could have a slushy machine serving Froze. They went above and beyond in making sure the drinks offering was exactly what we were looking for. On the day, they constructed the circular bar quickly and efficiently, and this looked fantastic in the middle of the marquee. Drinks service throughout the whole day went perfectly, with Harrison and his team managing both the main circular bar and outside horsebox bar brilliantly. The Froze was a real hit and the after dinner cocktails went down very well too. The site was left spotless at the end of the night. We would happily recommend Cartails to anyone planning their own wedding, and would love to work with them again should we have any other large events.

Harrison was incredibly efficient in the lead up to agreeing arrangements for our daughter’s wedding and the team were equally professional on the day. The bar became the centre of the post-dinner party with excellent cocktails and magnificent service. Strongly recommend.

We thought we were just looking for wicker thrones, but instead found Claire, who transformed our visions into a more beautiful reality than we could have ever expected. Claire went above and beyond to help us curate our day and we cannot thank her enough. The props are beautiful and Claire styled them perfectly, she even went out of her way to help us set up the venue and add the final perfect touches. She's very well connected with vendors and was able to rely on her network when we were looking for some additional vendors. We had such a stress free day and could truly enjoy the party because we knew Georgi was handling everything. WHAT A VENUE! Having shot at venues all over Mapperton is just incredible. It has everything, and I mean everything. Multiple choices for the ceremony, STUNNING grounds, gorgeous barn. It honestly has it all. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and really take care of their suppliers - which means they take care of their couples. It's a dream venue!

The absolute most perfect wedding venue ever! Mapperton had everything that we wanted and we absolutely fell in love with it, no venue in the area compared!! It was a complete blank canvas in the coach house which we really liked and there were many ceremony options (inside and outside) but we opted with the croquet lawn which was simply stunning. The gardens are sensational and many of our guests have said it’s the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to. There’s two cottages on site too so we used one for the bridal party and then one for the grooms, this was such an amazing option to have and really added to the whole weekend experience! Holly our wedding co-ordinator was incredible, so kind and understanding. No question was too big and she helped us quickly on any wedding advice / help that we needed. We really appreciated her being there through anything that we needed, she was amazing on the day and it all ran smoothly which was completely all her hard work but also leading up to the wedding too. She helped so much & we truly appreciate her! She really understood our vision. If you are thinking of booking Mapperton for your wedding then DO IT, it was simply a dream come true that we will remember for the rest of our lives!! :)

From our first conversation with Jess, we knew that she was going to make our wedding planning as easy and stress free as possible. Jess is kind, supportive, enthusiastic, dedicated, and so intensely organised it's unreal!
