Vets Now Gateshead were so helpful and understanding when I had to book an emergency appointment for my dachshund Basil. The receptionist was really understanding that he was a reactive dog and really upset so offered for us to wait in a private room until we seen the vet to calm him down. The vet was super helpful and made us feel at ease with a fairly poorly dog. I would recommend for an emergency/out of our vets. Thanks guys!
Such caring staff and the vet was lovely. I had to bring my lovely old cat Maisie in to be put to sleep this morning. It was so upsetting but the staff were very comforting and the vet was very caring and lovely with Maisie. I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful end to a great life. Thank you so much to you all.
