After being thoroughly disillusioned with the vets we have used for years, Hayloft was recommended by a friend. What a find!! My faith in vets was restored. When it came to decision time about euthanasia they were sympathetic, understanding and kind. What a wonderful team of people who genuinely care about animals and their owners. We can't thank you enough.

I registered my border collie with Hayloft in March 2024. From the first visit my dog was at ease with them, unfortunately he showed signs of not being well. He had medication which didn't cure him so it was agreed for xrays to be done, my dog was picked up by Karen the nurse, she explained the procedure. Paul rang me and gave me the bad news that my dog had cancer in his skull. He was brought back home, that's what I wanted. Sadly he deteriated so I had to make the decision that no pet owner wants to do. Paul and Tracy came out, they showed so much compassion and care towards us both. He was put to rest in his favourite place, the garden. I am forever thankful to Paul and his team.💙❤️

What a company! What a service!!
I can’t tell you how lucky my wife and I feel to have Hayloft Mobile Veterinary Services look after our three house cats. A simple call and they’re there to tend to any of the cats. Claw clipping was previously a nightmare…. But the cats are good as gold every time now. Phewww thank god!

Simply perfect!

I am so grateful to hayloft vets, my dog needed neutering and circumcising due to paraphimosis, I took him in for the vet to manually deal with it and he advised the operation as would keep on happening (happened 2 mornings in a row), they said my pooch could stay with them until vet could operate at tea time and they looked after him all day giving him cuddles etc until it was time. I am so grateful to all the staff for being so kind to us both and I was expecting a large bill but it was very very reasonable, a huge thank you to you all and I am so glad I found you.
