Really brilliant! They made me and my pooch feel very welcome and well cared for. All of the staff were fabulous and friendly, I would definitely recommend White Cross Vets to anyone 😊
Excellent vets. One of the small chain of Whitecross vets so has a different feel to one of the larger groups of vets - feels more personal and small practice - like vets from years ago - this is something for them to be proud of. The consultation didn’t feel rushed like I have experienced elsewhere.
As ever, 5 stars. The staff are just brilliant with animals (as you would expect) but not pushy when it comes to recommending non- treatment.
The floors are regularly washed in the reception area & the tables used for the animals in the rooms are sanitized after every use.
Very Nice staff and very welcoming, as a owner of a reactive dog it’s hard to find vets that are willing to work with you and wants the best for your dog, would 100% recommend white cross vets to anyone looking for a new vet
Thank you to all the staff at white cross! Whenever i call to enquire about appointments for all the stray cats i help , they have always gone above and beyond to book in (even when i have to rearrange sometimes) without making the kitties feel less important than our own pets. Shows they are a caring practice. Would definitely recommend.
