We have had outstanding care and support from this veterinary practice. We rescued our dog, Lenci, about 8 months ago and she has unfortunately had several issues in this time frame. With every health issue Kingswood vets has gone above and beyond with her care. You can tell how much they care about the animals. Reception is very friendly, welcoming and always gives Lenci a big fuss and some treats. We have primarily been seen by Emily who is absolutely brilliant. Emily always provides the best service and is incredibly knowledgable and professional. One of the main health issues Lenci has had is in relation to her eyes and Emily did a fantastic job with her entropian surgery and this has massively improved Lenci’s quality of life! They are very reasonable and have always provided the best price possible whilst still giving fantastic support. Another plus is that Lenci actually looks forward to her vets visits knowing how much love she receives :)

From the reception team to the veterinarians my gorgeous Daisy and I were made to feel so welcome. They gave great advice, were so gentle and caring towards my kitten and all round great. The areas were hygienic and I liked the idea of having a separate waiting area for cats and dogs. Thank you Kingswood Vets!

Had to rush my puppy to Kingswood Vets 5 minutes before they closed as he couldn’t open one of his eyes. They saw him straightaway. Nicola was amazing - Zion adores her. She explained what was wrong with him and provided treatment. So pleased he is registered at Kingswood and the treatment is working so far so good! Thank you for everything!

So my 6 month pup stayed as a boarder for the first time . 4 day stay. He came home very happy and immediately settled back home . No anxiety and looking in great condition. Thank you to the team for looking after him so well.

Wonderful place where to leave your pet! Lovely staff members! Our dog loves everyone there. She is excited to go there and get paired with other doggys! Lovely grounds, kennels look clean, staff members always seem running around and checking on pets. Lovely expirence, would recommend to everyone! Goood Price too!!! Remember that staff members always are on farm and don’t leave animals without supervision like other places! That’s like super bonuss for us, as our fur baby is most loved one in our family! Couldn’t be happier!

Amazing Experience at Pets at Home, Woking I recently visited the Pets at Home store in Woking to get supplies and adopt two adorable guinea pigs. From start to finish, my experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing me with all the information I needed to ensure a smooth transition for my new pets. They took the time to explain the best products for guinea pigs, helping me choose all the essentials. The store was well-stocked with a variety of high-quality items, making it easy to find everything I needed in one place. What truly stood out was the staff's genuine care and friendliness. They handled the guinea pigs with such care and provided valuable advice on how to help them settle into their new home. Their patience and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel confident and prepared. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who recommended holding off on naming the guinea pigs until I got to know their personalities better. It was thoughtful advice that I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at Pets at Home in Woking was exceptional. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for pet supplies or adopting a new pet. This is the first time that I visited such a huge pet shop at Woking. In my home country, India, we have small pet shops, that also as a recent idea. I just flicked out on presents for the puppy of my granddaughter. I could never imagine that so many varieties exist! From doga to cats, from puppies to kittens, from doves to pigeons, from hens to fishes - you have something for every pet. Prices are quite reasonable and staff were very cooperative. It was a great experience shopping there.

Absolutely amazing service. I called late in the evening being worried about my youngest dog. The receptionist, so caring and calm, advised me what to do. I didn't want to take my dog late in the evening for the visit as I know it's very expensive and they totally understood me, saying just to keep an eye on my dog over the night and if it's not getting better, just to come in the morning. She even called me back after about half an hour to check on us, saying that after discussing with the vet about our problem, the advice given initially was good. Couldn't thank them enough because their advices really worked.

Diana is the best vet nurse! So caring and reassuring. Claire talked us through everything and settled our nerves and the receptionist are also so lovely and caring. Would take my lovely Cali anywhere else as a first time owner!

My kitten had to be put down today and it was the most heartbreaking experience of my life. Night shift worker called “Summer” in front desk reception was the most compassionate, caring and kind person towards me and other pet owners who were there. Her kinds words will stay with me forever during this difficult time and she is an exceptional and incredibly member of vets now. I highly recommend vets now service because they care for the animals with utmost care and compassion as well as family members of the pet too

We were seen by an excellent vet who went out of his way to ensure my cat was as comfortable as possible until we could see our regular vet the following day. The Guildford practice is a lovely cat-friendly environment. If you have to use an out of hours vet I can recommend this service.

We were so impressed with the speed of service and level of care our beautiful lurcher received in the early hours of Saturday morning. We were very worried about her but felt confident and reassured that she was in safe hands. We are incredibly grateful that she is now well on the way to a full recovery.

We brought our little chihuahua Bella to you on Saturday 14th September where she was diagnosed with heart disease. They were absolutely amazing with her and she was so happy and comfortable in their care which was overnight , scans and injections. The lovely veterinarian was Robyn and we cannot thank her enough for her time, care and kindness to us and Bella at this hard time. Thank you.
