Have know Ian for many years and when I was told he was setting up his own practice, I was straight onto his client list. Ian is not like all the other vets and just out to make money, Ian, Ash and the team have the animals welfare as first priority, ( this is what you want from a vet right?). He has a wonderful team, who love their jobs. Fantastic vets. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Have been incredibly supportive through some traumatic dog-related incidents.
I’ve been brining my cat to Ian and the team for three years and, as he is a clumsy little loaf, there have been a lot of visits! Each and every time I’ve been supported, informed and consulted each and every step of the way by the full team who clearly care about all of their patients (and their owners!). Being an independent practice I feel that I can trust the options and advice I’m being given and genuinely I’m sad to be leaving the area as I doubt I’ll find a practice as great as the one at Elmfield!
