The Vets and Nurses are great. They treat our nervous rescue cat with kindness at every visit.

I cannot praise the team at Godalming vets more. We have attended on two instances this year both causing a lot of anxiety for us as owners, but the staff went above and beyond in ensuring that not only our pets were healthy and happy, but to reassure us. Thank you so much to the entire practice for the love they showed our Puze and Carmella

We arrived at the Vets somewhat in shock with both of our dogs, Jasper had been hit by a car and Henry had had a near miss. The excellent team immediately went into action, not just to treat both our dogs , but also to look after my wife and I. Their professionalism, knowledge, and obvious care and empathy with our situation was outstanding and we are very grateful for their support. Sadly we have lost Jasper. Henry is back home and recovering well from his shock.

This practice has been amazing with my animals over the years. They are caring and compassionate, and I would not go anywhere else.

Had to rush my puppy to Kingswood Vets 5 minutes before they closed as he couldn’t open one of his eyes. They saw him straightaway. Nicola was amazing - Zion adores her. She explained what was wrong with him and provided treatment. So pleased he is registered at Kingswood and the treatment is working so far so good! Thank you for everything!

I've brought my dog, Padfoot, here several times, and every visit has been excellent. The appointment availability is brilliant, and the staff always greet us warmly, making him feel comfortable and easing any anxiety (he or I might have). They take the time to listen, explain treatment options clearly, and make sure you feel confident in your pet’s care. I highly recommend this practice for both the great service and genuine care they show for your pet.

We have had outstanding care and support from this veterinary practice. We rescued our dog, Lenci, about 8 months ago and she has unfortunately had several issues in this time frame. With every health issue Kingswood vets has gone above and beyond with her care. You can tell how much they care about the animals. Reception is very friendly, welcoming and always gives Lenci a big fuss and some treats. We have primarily been seen by Emily who is absolutely brilliant. Emily always provides the best service and is incredibly knowledgable and professional. One of the main health issues Lenci has had is in relation to her eyes and Emily did a fantastic job with her entropian surgery and this has massively improved Lenci’s quality of life! They are very reasonable and have always provided the best price possible whilst still giving fantastic support. Another plus is that Lenci actually looks forward to her vets visits knowing how much love she receives :)

Always feel welcomed and my doggies are very well cared for. High praise for Lynton Vets Woking. I've read some of the reviews, and I've had my beloved elderly cat put to sleep at Lyntons a few years ago. They were so kind and caring and they didn't ask for payment straight afterwards. I went in a couple of days later and paid after my grief had settled down.

Sadly had to say goodbye to one of my best friends today. Despite there being no appointments they fitted us in and were super compassionate & kind making the whole thing calm & dignified. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much you were appreciated as a whole team today...💔

We’ve been with Lynton for years and they’ve always been very good. Rare that an appointment is on time but staff are good and latest vet consultation was excellent.

Dr.Douglas Hall is the vet who is professional,caring,and helpful. Our cat and dog is registered and we had our high and lows in terms of their health. The cape vet team always made us feel good and I highly trust them. Thanks a lot for your hard work and dedication.

Best vets we have been registered too. Very genuine, caring, empathetic staff. Was registered with my previous staffy Wilma, she was treated with such love and care, which made us not think twice about registering our new staffy pup Dora. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Fantastic group of vets. Every time I need to use their services it’s always great. One of my dogs had surgery there and he was really well looked after, the nurses as well are fantastic. It feels like a friendly environment, vet Kloe as well is superb and really attentive Highly recommended

The amount of warmth, care and thought that this whole practice shows it's patients is one that I haven't experienced at another vets before. I have an elderly dog who I've been struggling with and they've gone above and beyond again and again. I have a younger puppy who I had registered elsewhere but will be moving to this vets because of ther service. Thank you guys xx

From reception to nurses and most especially the vet and subsequent surgeon at Surbiton, everyone went above and beyond for Cody. They each showed such compassion and patience during what was a very stressful time, always ensuring that the best interests for Cody were always of top importance! Thank you Voo!

Gaia is the best vet we have had. The most in depth check up. She spoke to me regarding my rescue and explain some of her behavioural issues. Allowed our dog to calm down and start to feel comfortable with the practise 😊

Very friendly staff, well run and online booking appointment system. My dog wasn’t stressed at all.

The staff here are so kind and patient and the quality of care for my cat has been very high. The reception staff always take time to explain things through to me. The wait on arrival for appointments is very low so my cat spends minimal time in the carrier.

Absolutely amazing service. I called late in the evening being worried about my youngest dog. The receptionist, so caring and calm, advised me what to do. I didn't want to take my dog late in the evening for the visit as I know it's very expensive and they totally understood me, saying just to keep an eye on my dog over the night and if it's not getting better, just to come in the morning. She even called me back after about half an hour to check on us, saying that after discussing with the vet about our problem, the advice given initially was good. Couldn't thank them enough because their advices really worked.

Always get brilliant help here but tonight especially, Molly is an incredible vet and helped us so much this evening. Also lovely lady on reception who gave our dog so much attention. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Pet Doctors Guildford for my cats' vaccination and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, making the whole experience stress-free for both me and my cat. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for our visit. The veterinarian was thorough in explaining the vaccination process and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. I left feeling confident that my cat received the best care possible. I highly recommend Pet Doctors Guildford for all your pet's veterinary needs.

Marvellous as always. My little dog Minty trusts Carlos like she does us. She has known him for years. It's lovely to have that continuity of care. Big thanks to the staff who have pulled her through a very difficult week.

Please ignore the negative reviews on here! The team at Guildford have looked after our dogs (and cat) for over 15 years. They have always gone above and beyond in their kindness and understanding. Yes of course fees are expensive but this is no different to any other vets in the country. The difference with this vets is they genuinely care. Every loss we have had they have supported us through, even taking care of insurance companies for us. They have seen my dogs when I have called in a panic and always been understanding when I have phoned for advice. Over the years we have always gone back to them, knowing our loved pets would be safe and cared for. Now our last one has gone, and they sent a card signed by them all express their sympathy, to me that means more than any cost. So thank you. Holly

We were seen by an excellent vet who went out of his way to ensure my cat was as comfortable as possible until we could see our regular vet the following day. The Guildford practice is a lovely cat-friendly environment. If you have to use an out of hours vet I can recommend this service.

We brought our little chihuahua Bella to you on Saturday 14th September where she was diagnosed with heart disease. They were absolutely amazing with her and she was so happy and comfortable in their care which was overnight , scans and injections. The lovely veterinarian was Robyn and we cannot thank her enough for her time, care and kindness to us and Bella at this hard time. Thank you.

My kitten had to be put down today and it was the most heartbreaking experience of my life. Night shift worker called “Summer” in front desk reception was the most compassionate, caring and kind person towards me and other pet owners who were there. Her kinds words will stay with me forever during this difficult time and she is an exceptional and incredibly member of vets now. I highly recommend vets now service because they care for the animals with utmost care and compassion as well as family members of the pet too

I really rated the friendliness and expertise of the vets and nurses. I believe my cat Duchess got the best care possible. The only issue I have is that the pricing is high and also I’m to pay additional admin fees for them to work with my insurance. I feel that’s just a bit of an extra hustle given the amount spent.
