How lucky we were for Kings Street Vets to be our puppy’s first vet experience! We are so grateful to meet such incredible, caring and kind team, who took such amazing care of our little fur baby in the last year. Rupert absolutely adored everyone at the clinic and we always felt it was mutual love. Even after neutering he came back to see them with the biggest smile and waggiest tail. Having had bad experiences with another vet in Twickenham I had only heard excellent reviews from Kings Street Veterinary and they didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately my beautiful 12 year old cat had reached the end stage of his life and had to be put to rest. Although an awful experience watching your beloved pet pass on it was made slightly easier as they treated him with dignity and care till the end and the staff genuinely cared. Unbelievably we got a beautiful bouquet of flowers today with a card from the team. Really wish I had chosen King Street Vet when they opened, I highly recommend them.
