I found the whole experience very comforting and knew my cat was in the best hands. The vet was very aware of my emotional needs and eased my mind. Tobe honest she was absolutely lovely and would not feel so scared if my cat has to attend another appointment. Lovely experience. Thank you.

Excellent experience. Had a scare with one of my rats who suddenly fell ill with a bad respiratory infection/inflammation. They managed to get me booked in a few hours after I called. Quick and friendly service, consultation and two lots of medication for £100, good price in my experience. Thank you Shermin for examining Matt the Rat.
