We can not thank Medivet Horley enough for the amazing care and treatment we received for our dogs there. Our dogs needed a procedure that was considered high risk and they were the only Practice in Horley who sought expert specialist advice on how to support them through this. The team were so friendly and professional and made our dogs welcome from the very first visit. When it comes to our pets it is so important to have peace of mind they are in safe hands. The Horley Branch are fabulous with my pups. I personally have never felt I have been pushed into anything that my dogs haven't needed & they're always very honest & upfront about procedures along with pros & cons. They're brilliant with my reactive dog, always making sure the building is clear so she can be as relaxed as possibly. Klara is amazing & I can't remember the ladies names on reception but they couldn't be more lovely & accommodating. Medivet Horley seem to go the extra mile & really do care.

Had my two guinea pigs neutered here. The vet was knowledgeable about guinea pigs (using the abdominal rather than scrotal method) and everyone was lovely.

I've always had first class service from Ash Barn Vets, the staff are wonderful. They know me and Margot and that Margot hates being at the vet but they treat her with professionalism and kindness. I usually get to see the same vet who's fantastic but if I don't, I've still received excellent treatment.

I always recommend Portland Vets to anyone looking for a Vet. We always get fast appointments and great care every time we go. Today we came in for an emergency, less than ten minutes from our call we were in to see a vet for our cat who had gone into sudden heart failure and was having an episode. We had many updates from Portland while he was in their care throughout the day. His condition is very sad, but he’s back home and doing much better thanks to Portland Vets and we trust them to help us care for him whatever happens.

Gordon was very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and calm. I took my very anxious dog there for vaccine and he was so patient with my dog. Another time when I took my brother's dog there as he got issues with his teeth. Again Gordon was very caring and attentive. The receptionist was very friendly and caring. Truly recommend.

Friendly, caring and professional. They care for our puppy Willow. Prior to that they cared for our cat Chunky for 10 years. The staff is second to none. The way they cared for our cat and us when we had to put him down last year, we were so touched.

Just wanted to write a message to thank Richard. He looked after our after my Rodney till the end and was so supportive a truly wonderful vet. Inge who works there too looked after his paws and skin for years and she was wonderful . This centre truly cares and I just wanted to say thank you

We were really impressed at how well Macy our cockapoo was looked after through her SARDS tests we visited twice and was kept up to date by Adam through out her procedure. Also for me and my partner I would like to say a big thankyou to sue on reception who made a difficult situation for us go a lot easier she was excellent.

My boy was referred to NDSR because the vet suspected he might have tumors in his lung. NDSR reached out to me within an hour and scheduled an appointment. Sofia showed professionalism and care as she reviewed my dog's medical history and treated us with sympathy as worried pet parents. She patiently explained the necessary tests to determine if my boy had tumors or another condition. Thankfully, it turned out to be lungworms. We then worked with Freddie, who was also a great and professional vet. He provided the right treatment for my boy and kept me updated on his condition twice a day while he was hospitalised. The vet nurse was also very attentive and kind when I called for updates. Now my boy is recovering well from the lungworms, and I'd like to express my immense gratitude to Sofia, Freddie, and all the vet nurses.

My beautiful baby Audrey was referred to North Downs earlier in the month. I was blown away by the care, expertise and commitment from the team - she was truly in the very best environment for her and the knowledge of her team was second to none. Unfortunately our beloved girl didn’t recover, but the team gave it everything they could and were honest with us every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - even though our outcome was not what anyone would ever hope for. Thank you Christophe and team for your care. We are forever grateful.

I've been with Gaytons for years and just taken my new rescue dog there and the service and care is incredible . Always found them thorough with our last four dog's and from my consultation today, it has only reconfirmed this. Outstanding service. Still great 17/09/24

I do not understand the negative reviews of this practice. I have always received excellent service from both vets and reception staff, I have used them for years. My only grumble is the lack of 24 hour care now in place, if my animal is ill or injured out of hours I am now expected to travel to Cheam which is totally impossible. The 24 hour care is one reason why I had moved to Gaytons in the first place

I cannot express my thanks enough to ALL the staff at GVG for the empathy and compassion shown to me in the final few days of my cat Max’s life, but also for the thoughtful words in the card sent to me after his passing and for the 4 paw prints from Max that were enclosed. Max, a small but mighty cat pictured here with his best friend Murphy, enjoyed 17 years of life and his final few hours couldn’t have been handled any better than they were by the professionals involved. Thank you to Andy and the team for helping me make the difficult but right decision at the end.

I was referred to this vet by my daughter my British bull dog had cherry eye took him there also had my staff with me the vet did my bull dogs eye and checked my staff over and he had a yeast infection which he also helped with, the care and price was great, also the price was half what pets at home wanted to charge me thank you so much

Registered my cat here today and used to take my dog to the practice before he sadly passed away. Very friendly, informative and professional staff. The service is very reasonably priced and the pet care plans are great. I'm very happy I returned to the practice. A big thank you to all the team.

I have recently moved into town and naturally finding a new vets is very daunting and scary. Stumbling upon these guys was the best scenario possible for me. I feel welcomed and not judged, me and my pup are cared for within the facility and I am always satisfied after my appointment. This place generally cares about your dog, it doesn’t feel like a money making scheme because it’s horrible feeling pushed to do the wrong thing… I couldn’t recommend them enough. Me and my pup Ethel are very happy here and I never thought I would say that.
