We can not thank Medivet Horley enough for the amazing care and treatment we received for our dogs there. Our dogs needed a procedure that was considered high risk and they were the only Practice in Horley who sought expert specialist advice on how to support them through this. The team were so friendly and professional and made our dogs welcome from the very first visit.

The Horley Branch are fabulous with my pups. I personally have never felt I have been pushed into anything that my dogs haven't needed & they're always very honest & upfront about procedures along with pros & cons. They're brilliant with my reactive dog, always making sure the building is clear so she can be as relaxed as possibly. Klara is amazing & I can't remember the ladies names on reception but they couldn't be more lovely & accommodating. Medivet Horley seem to go the extra mile & really do care.
Every time I've been here the staff have been amazing. My dog gets quite nervous and they have always been very accommodating for her. Huge thank you to Alex who provided lots of care to ensure my dog was as comfortable as possible, she also calculated the costed difference of being on the medivet plan for me, which saved me from paying a large sum at the end of the consultation. She also gave some diet tips for my dog who has put on a little weight since being spayed. Really thankful for her time today and her genuine care for my dog
