This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.

We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.

My toothless old boy Billy (cat) was I thought at the end of his days. Vet Joanne was having none of it , A Jab and some anti inflammatory treatment has seen him back to his very annoying pushy demanding ways. I couldn't be happier or more surprised, Many thanks.

My girls has been with the PDSA for 10 years and in that time she has had many issues. Thanks to the PDSA they have saved her life from cancer to flea-darts being stuck in her eye. Staff know me by face and always try their best to fit us in. Even when there has been complications or issues the staff have been understanding of my distress, knowing our pets are our babies and tried their best to comfort me. Thankyou for your compassion ❤️

We took our boy here as he had almost ripped out his catheter from the vets. The lady at the out of hours vets was incredible and took the time just to take the catheter out calmly and gently. She didn’t charge us extortionate amounts as we were quoted by Vets Now so we gave a donation to the pdsa for her time. Thank you for being so kind.

This place and the people are amazing. We called and took my children's pet gerbil who wasn't well. They did everything to help and can't fault them... I gave them a donation when we left...please donate to this amazing service ❤️

I don’t know where to begin and how I can thank from the bottom of my heart all the doctors, nurses and staff at Gillingham PDSA. My cat had to be operated on and was here for a week. I know all the staff members took care of him and he was as comfortable as possible and I know it’s thanks to them that he’s alive and is recovering quickly. We couldn’t be more grateful and would always recommend this clinic.

Great veterinary practice! Reception are very welcoming and friendly. The vet that checked over my dog was very thorough and also friendly. I won’t take my dog anywhere else. I also had my bunny put the rest and they were so lovely, a few days later I received and sympathy card signed by the staff. Honestly can’t fault them. Thank you

It is never nice taking your pets to the vets when they are poorly, but everyone at this vets is just so lovely and friendly it makes the experience a little less painful and definitely less stressful. All of the vets we have seen there are always great with our cat and so calm and caring towards him and us owners. They have always found time for us when we have needed them. Can't thank them enough x

We use Margetts and Associates for our three poodles and they have been great, kind, thoughtful staff and have always been able to accommodate us around our busy schedules. Highly recommend

Yogi had a dental today with Simon. Excellent service and did everything he could to keep the price low without putting Yogi at risk.

I took my three cats for their yearly vaccinations, was seen promptly, the vet was very knowlegeable and staff were very friendly. I have been using this vetinerary surgery for the last twelve years for various conditions with my four cats and have always been satisfied with the service they have provided.

This is a very good veterinary practice staff are friendly and polite. They always make sure your animal is happy and comfortable, my dog is wary with people she doesn't know well, but is happy to go to this vet plus they always offer her a treat. I would throughly recommend tlhem.

Such a lovely veterinary practice. Every member of staff is wonderful, and so reassuring. The vets are so kind to my cats (thanks Jose) which makes it seem like it's more than just a job to them, and they're completely transparent about cost and treatment options. I've honestly never been this happy with a veterinary practice. I wouldn't trust anyone with George and Dweebs now.

We have tried few other vet clinics before some friends suggested us this one. Very pleased to find vets which we could trust with our three yorkies. We have used clinic in various occasions, some planed visits, some emergencies, came with puppies for their first vaccination. Dry professional, experienced and passionate doctors and nurses. Brilliant !! I shouldn't really say too much because everyone will use it, but it is Brilliant, such nice people, great care taken with my dog, have recommended this vets to everyone I know, very impressed by how professional and kind they are, explaining what's what, very thorough, I've used other vets and been a cash cow, i'm so glad I was told of this place.

My kitten, Harry, had his first visit. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. Waiting area was clean. Vet was really gentle with my kitten and explained everything to me. Cost of check, vaccines and flea and worm treatment was very reasonable.I will definitely use them again and would recommend.

I can’t thank you all enough! Amazing staff, so caring. I Brought my daughters 1 year old bunny Winnie in as she wasn’t herself! Not eating or drinking. Was given the diagnosis that she had bloat (swelling of the intestines and stomach). This is fatal in bunnies. The vet gave her injections for pain relief and to help ease the stomach. I brought her home thinking the worst but after feeding her critical care, water and giving her lots of love she is now back to her normal stroppy self. Yes it was very expensive but worth every penny for us to have a happy daughter and healthy bunny. I know it’s early days but we will get her through this. Xx 2 weeks on and an update to say she’s doing amazing! Thank you again xx

Very positive experience. The staff clearly enjoy their job. They had great empathy and reassured us and explained everything at each step. We felt our pet had a positive experience and will still see a visit to the vet as a positive experience.

Rabbit in GI stasis. It was perhaps a quiet night, maybe 4 other clients, but Jakob saw us promptly, did a thorough check over, and was clearly used to handling and dealing with rabbits, which not all vets are. Quick treatment with medication, checked for possible causes, including teeth, to avoid repeat problems, so was sent home with a much improved rabbit, and medication for follow up care. £400, but that's a fair price for what was needed right then. Friendly and sympathetic receptionist too.

We used Vets Now in an emergency a few nights ago when our dog was poorly. All of the staff were fantastic, so caring and very knowledgeable. They helped to put us at ease and were so good with our dog, making sure that she wasn't stressed at such a challenging time. A huge thank you to the whole team, we highly recommend them.
