Only been a few times but my dog had her eye removed here but the staff were fantastic. Really caring and informative.

Wonderful vets and the whole team. Despite having staff shortage and a number of emergencies, they still fitted my dog (Mac) who was also an emergency! Performed a (probably life- saving) operation the same day. The after-care was also brilliant. I feel so lucky to have these vets for my 2 beloved dogs.

Our Sprocker is a regular visitor here! Everyone is amazing. The team have helped us through our furry boy's ongoing trials and tribulations.

I couldn’t ask for a better vets for my beloved dog. They have looked after her for years and when it was time for her to pass on they treated us with the up most compassion. They made such a painful time as easy as possible. The vet gave us as much time as we needed with our girl after she passed and she reassured us that we’d made the right decision. They worked well as a team, arranging payment in the room to give us privacy and showing genuine care for us and our dog. From her younger years our dog benefited from the companion plan where you have flea, worm and vaccinations for the year plus 10% off treatment and a free health check once a year. She was spayed here years ago and received great treatment back then too. Every member of the team we have encountered over the years were outstanding. Our girl looked forward to meeting Jason and getting a treat from reception. Every vet I visited with her explained everything, taking time to discuss different options. Our dog needed pain medicine which the vet prescribed and dispensed. The pictures are of my beautiful girl and updated with what the lovely staff put together for us. We received a sympathy card in the post from them after we collected our girls ashes. I really cannot fault their service.

Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. Absolutely no concerns leaving our boy with the team, they all very clearly adore what they do, Such a daunting, upsetting experience made just that bit easier all thanks to you. Thank you so much!

It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!

We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

Amazing staff , receptionists are always warm and welcoming , the vets Richard, Harriet and Alex have all been amazing with all our animals ( MAINLY BEARDED DRAGONS) , as we rescue them we do t always get the good news we want to hear but all staff here are always there for a hug 🫂. All I can say is thank you all so much for what you do and your lovely condolence cards we receive. Highly recommend Trinity vets 😊😊.

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. I cannot thank Green Lane enough for the care they gave my Dear old Annie . She suffered from fits since January . An old lady at 15 , sadly she got a little bit more poorly, but a year on and sadly was her time to run in the field in the sky. She was so looked after by Val and her colleagues. I cannot thank you enough for giving us another year with our dear Annie wobbles. The care till the end was outstanding. We miss her dearly but happy memories a must. Thank you so much all of you . You go beyond and that me and Annie will always be grateful . Thank you for giving me and the boys that extra time and always understanding . Great team. Big love and thanks

First experience of them since moving to Headcorn . Very efficient and friendly and put themselves out for you . Very impressed so far . My cat is very 'spicy' when vets are needed and my previous vets always made it feel and inconvenience, this definitely didn't appear to be the case with Green Lane ☹️

Always fantastic here looking after our 2 dogs Bertie and Stan. Have been to several vets over the years and these are definitely the best in my opinion. Never disappointed or let me down. Highly recommended

The only reason I’m not giving this vets 4 stars is because one of the receptionists is incredibly rude with ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS.! She is quite slender with a monotone voice and a hard bitter face. Why oh why this lovely vets has this woman working as a receptionist is beyond me. All the other receptionists are absolutely lovely and welcoming. And the vets are AMAZING. I would 💯 recommend this vets. Hopefully they have got rid of misery head by the time you go. But as I said, everyone else there is lovely..

Both my cats seemed at ease when they met the vet. The female was a little more nervous but the vet was very kind with her. As for the male he was happy to lay down and let the vet look him over. Both cats did not even flinch when they were given their injections which was nice to see.

Prompt appointment time/meds wise... Knowledgeable staff/nurses/vets who you can feel you can trust ... Good service over all ...

Great practice friendly professional and have a great pet payment plan. They even register the microchip for you instead of you having to do it yourself via online at home. Everything is explained step by step so you know exactly what is happening.

It was our first visit and we saw Martin, he was a great vet, and clearly great with cats, would higbly recommend this practise. The lady on reception was very helpful too.

Our beautiful darling Border Terrier "Daphne" sadly passed away at home following a visit from MediVet. We as a family really did not want to put Daphne in the car for Journey, so we decided on a Home Visit. It's very hard to put into words how much we thank Daniela and Megan, who made the whole situation so respectful and peaceful. This veterinary practice and it's staff really do care about the animals they look after and also are very understanding with owners who are very upset when something sad like this happens. The small details such as the love heart on her prescription bag, sending a condolence card as well as a the Forget-me-not seeds. Thank you very much Megan and Daniela with much love. Just want to say thank you for the kind nature of your staff, when it was time to say goodbye to our darling patterdale they were so sensitive and gave us the goodbye we wanted for our pet! The care they give is above and beyond x

So happy we found Corinna. We have previously been under so much stress and anxiety with our pomeranian Luna who has nervous tummy upset in which she often would be sick 2-3 days of a average week. It was miserable for her and for us and Corinna has been fantastic, we have full control and understanding now and Luna is living a happy (sick and tummy ache free) life :) It took us 3 years to solve this issue which various other vets and Corinna seemed to pin point the issue right away on the first appointment :)
