Manor Vets are excellent, because since I have moved to Folkestone in 2021 they have looked after my cat and dog in the best possible way. All members of staff are working to a high standard. I can highly recommend Manor Vets to you! 😊

Esculent vets nothing has been a problem . I just won’t to say a big thank you to every one but an extra thank you to Andy the nurse. Just a shame as me and my cat are moving to Margate that is the only reason that I left

I have used Manor vets for years and so have other members of my family. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. The vets are knowledgeable and skilled regarding my animal’s health issues. They are very transparent with costs and up front about prognosis etc. I have had some very sad times over the years when I have lost my beloved animals. They have been faultless and very caring and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Lakeview vets are a kind friendly vets all the staff are kind friendly and always go above and beyond for a great visit , cannot be more happy every time we visit

My dog ingested a lot of seaweed and was rushed to the practice and my dog would not allow the vets to examine her but they did everything possible considering the behaviourof my dog stella i was give advice and some pro kolin paste and i think it has helped i cant thank the staff enough thank you especially the lady that first triaged my dog i do apologise and thank you

Had a desperate emergency , our beautiful cat had collapsed and was clearly in a lot of pain , rang in panic and they advised immediately and we rushed him there , their care and compassion was exceptional and so kind , thoughtful. The outcome was the worst possible we could imagine but both Lauren and Charlotte could not have done any more, truly exceptional care and kindness. In such an awful situation they helped immensely, which I was unable to convey my gratitude fully due to the loss. We were seen promptly on a Sunday night and vet took full care of our dog. All very attentively, patiently and kindly. Great reassurance and really appreciate the immediate assistance.

Expert advice again, easy parking easy to find. Friendly vet practitioner. Ali was incredibly empathetic when we had our cat put to sleep. I have been going to Barrow Hill for over 30 years through good times & bad. It has always been a very friendly experience and more importantly all my dogs have been very enthusiastic when they visited 'their vet' This afternoon Toby & I came for his check up -- Toby had a great time (& a treat) as always. My dog’s recent annual check-over was carried out with considerable care and pleasing enthusiasm by the vet. My dog was treated with both respect and total consideration. All of my questions were dealt with effectively and clarity. I departed feeling very reassured my dog was in both very safe hands and my interests as an owner had been calmly and thoroughly met.

We attended the Hythe branch with a sick , tame rabbit. Superb care by two lady vets for a very reasonable price. Freddie is fine, well recovered.

I see a lot of bad reviews if they need to change they will always call you! Dexter loves and I mean loves this vets i take him and he's eager to go through the door , Frenchie very vocal lol and they are so good with him! I wouldn’t go no where else! Our experience at Eureka Vets has been a great one. Kind, compassionate staff, and very caring and thorough vets. Our dogs have now passed, but even during this difficult time, Eureka vets were exceptional. For everything you did for Dexter and Buddy, thank you very much.

Lovely vets. All the staff are so kind & caring. Our Addison's rescue dog is terrified of the vets, but the team are so great with her (especially Emily & Alex!) & I'm sure she realises they saved her, after a recent Addison's crisis. Great team!

the vet alex was very helpfull knew his stuff budgie is getting much better after 24 h of antibiotic also recommended using a nebulizer to help with current problem also offered to show me how to set it up if required

Nice friendly staff, really care for their customers and their pets. Best thing they did was move back to folkestone. Can easily walk to the practice again, rather than the drive to dover

My little girl cat was being spayed when there were some minor problems. Medivet kept me up to date on her progress and her medications explained to me when I picked her up. I could see that they cared for her very much and she is making a good recovery

Super helpful, friendly and professional staff and vet. The Kingsnorth premises are bright, comfortable and very well laid out, a lovely area for cats tucked nicely away from the main area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was my first visit to a veterinary hospital in the UK with my dog, Skye. She had to have a blood test. Lovely friendly feel to the rooms. Skye was a little unsure at first but soon settled down. Lovely friendly staff made you feel very welcome.

Was referred for an emergency appointment for my little chihuahua that had a piece of wood embedded in his eye ball and unfortunately had to have surgery. Anna, the ophthalmologist was reassuring and really nice and done a great job with him. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped with with the insurance side of it as well, which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend them.

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend. I would just like to say thankyou to the nurse who dealt with us tonight (31/12/24) when we come to pick up my fur baby Jasper. He had sadly been hit on chart road and died last night. The nurse who dealt with us was blonde didn't catch her name. She was very compassionate, and sympathetic, whilst being very professional. She put us at ease. Thankyou so much. She is a credit to Vets now Ashford.

Can’t thank the team at Vets Now Ashford enough for what they did for my cat, Darby. They helped him turn a corner when things were looking critical, took great care of him and helped in his recovery from an infection. I didn’t get the name of everyone I dealt with and they were all great, but Katie and Brendan specifically were wonderful. Thank you for everything

Almost lost our little kitty after she got hit by car. She spent 4 days in the vets and at one stage we were seriously considering letting her go. But amazingly she made a comeback and pulled through. All of the staff were amazing with her, especially Brendon and Becky. We felt listened to the whole way through and got the impression that everyone really cared about our baby girl. They were honest and supportive throughout every decision we had to make and kept us really well informed about her progress. When we thought we were going to lose her we really appreciated the way they spoke to us about it and didn’t sugarcoat the situation. I have no doubt the outcome would’ve been different if she didn’t have a team of people around her so ready and willing to do all they could for her, and who genuinely care about every pet that comes through their doors. Thank you so much for everything, you’ve given us our baby back ❤️

Although hugely expensive the emergency appointment was good. Short wait. Excellent nurse. Very sensible nice vet who prescribed meds. Unfortunately our dog is still gravely ill but I felt the emergency visit was reassuring.
