Our rabbit was very poorly. Reception staff were fantastic and upfront about costs. George the vet was incredibly knowledgeable about rabbits, probably the most expert we've met. Lovely place, staff, environment and particularly knowledgeable about exotic pets. I know my animals are in safe hands.

The team at Swanscombe have been so good to our kitten (now cat 🥲) Miri. Everyone we have come across from Katie to Alex, Amelia and Sarah have all been amazing. Miri has actually grown to making friends with the team because they are just so wonderful with her during her health checks. The team take care in answering our questions, especially as first-time cat parents. The team also carried out the spay procedure and have been incredibly considerate and helpful in easing our worries post-op. Thank you everyone 😺

Took in my new kitten for the first time, under recommendation from friends and family, and was not disappointed. Very nice people and received some good advice.

My trip to Swanscombe Veterinary Surgery, started with the ease I was able to make the appointment. The surgery was running spot on time wise, although, when more time has been needed, the vet happily obliged. This is not just a Vets, all of the staff genuinely care. My regular vet is Lauren, just everything you want in a person who looks after your pet. Could not recommend enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not ask for a kinder team of people. They showed a complete 'can do' approach when we were trying medication to help my dog last as long as he could. But when it came to making the difficult decision to say goodbye, they made the tough final moments as pain free as possible. I felt like I had family around me, something which I shan't forget and I know that it would have meant the world to my dog Bernard too. No other vets like this place ♥️

Staff very kind and courteous. We lost our beloved family cat Princess. Staff very supportive and caring explanation of options and procedures. Unfortunately Princess of approximately 17 years had to be put to sleep, Thank you for your card of kind words after our loss much appreciated. we have been to many vets the years with our cats and dog. Riverside vets are exactly what a pet owner is looking for. The staff at front desk are so professional, friendly and helpful. We have been dealing with the vet Sinead on a number of occasions, she is absolutely fantastic with our sphynx cat and our pug dog. we are very happy with the services that riverside vets provide. Very happy and confident to recommend. They also do not overcharge like many other vets do.

Amazing vet Georgia and friendly staff who are always happy to help. Our little yorkie spend most of yesterday with kind, caring and a wonderful vet. Thank you for making it so easy.

We use riverside vets for a majority of the animals under our rescues care. They also serve and help other rescues in the area. No matter how big or small, nice or angry our animals are it isn’t at all a worry for this lovely team. They treat every animal with the care and love they deserve. It’s a shame to see the BBC slandering vets around costs. Not all of them charge a fortune, every vet practice is different. Would highly recommend this team. Took our much loved cat to medway city vets. Unfortunately they couldn't do anything for him and they had to put him to sleep. They were all so kind and caring at this difficult time and today we received this card from them. We are very grateful to them and would definitely recommend them

This was our first visit, and the staff were very welcoming and polite. They made a fuss of my staffie and the vet was very thorough and gentle. Would highly recommend this veterinary Centre, and will be returning. 🐕

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. Thanks again to Mead Veterinary.

Great Vet! Called for an emergency appointment as my puppy was bleeding constantly from his claw and they saw him straight away and sent me home with a plan and medication. The staff on reception were so friendly and helped make me feel at ease. My puppy felt relaxed in the setting and the vet handed him so well, he’s only 9 weeks old and has never been in that environment before. Thank you!

The vets/staff were fantastic. I honestly couldn’t have asked for nicer people to take care of my rabbits. They were very caring towards the rabbits. Answered all my questions and explained everything well. They were so good about checking up on them to see how they were recovering after we brought them home. I can’t fault their communication. You could tell they were passionate about their work as imagine they get asked the same questions day in and day out. Nothing was too much for them. I’m really impressed and very grateful for their fantastic service.

I have been amazed by the care and professionalism. My 9 year old mongrel was castrated there yesterday. The care he received was tremendous. They gave me excellent advice, and this morning a follow up call to check on him. What an incredible service

When would you ever have a bad experience at Meopham vets? They are always thorough, kind, informative, listen to you and friendly towards both people and pets. That's both reception staff and vet on this occasion. My dog, Oscar, loves going although he's pleased to leave after being prodded!

I just turned up at their door quite late in the evening as I thought my dog Kai was choking, they saw me straight away, he had kennel cough & 3 days later I again just turned up & was seen within 10 mins, Kai had pneumonia & was admitted, they couldn’t have been more helpful, kind & got him on the mend within a day. Highly recommended by myself & Kai

Meopham veterinary hospital saw my six month old English Bull Terrier within an hour of me contacting them. I was seriously concerned about his condition which had deteriorated frighteningly quickly. On arrival we were attended to immediately, his history reviewed, temperature taken and informed as to how the diagnosis and treatment would proceed. After some hours in hospital (with plenty of affection from staff) he was allowed home for the night with an arranged appointment for the following morning. Fortunately he appeared slightly better and agreed that close monitoring was now needed and a prompt return to hospital should we feel it necessary. No extra medication was suggested. Thank you, from a very grateful and relieved owner.

My kitten, Harry, had his first visit. The receptionist was absolutely lovely. Waiting area was clean. Vet was really gentle with my kitten and explained everything to me. Cost of check, vaccines and flea and worm treatment was very reasonable.I will definitely use them again and would recommend.
