I am very satisfied with the way I am greeted by reception staff. All the vets/nurses are always friendly and l like how nice and friendly they are to Bennie. I would have liked more information on what to feed Bennie (he is a German Spitz) a breed I have never dealt with.
We rung the practice and explained what had happed to Bonnie. She was able to be booked in that same day even though we didn’t ring up at the opening time of the practice. The vet was really nice and explained clearly and sensitively the options we had for Bonnie. She was given treatment straight away and sent home with further treatment that was clearly explained to us how to use. Bonnie was able to be booked in for emergency surgery for the next day and is now recovering well.
Had good service each time we’ve visited, nice staff and all of the vets we’ve seen have been great. Thank you :)
This Pets at home is probably the best Vet you can find around. The staff is super friendly (Especially Dawn). We've been customer for many years, and every-time they have been helpful, from the receptionist, vet nurse, vet... well everyone. And I can tell we do go there often, not by choice... but clearly our dogs must be coordinated between each others which one is the next one to need a consultation... on a monthly basis.
My toothless old boy Billy (cat) was I thought at the end of his days.
Vet Joanne was having none of it , A Jab and some anti inflammatory treatment has seen him back to his very annoying pushy demanding ways.
I couldn't be happier or more surprised, Many thanks.
