Thank you for taking such good care of our dog for her neutering operation yesterday and giving her all the love in advance to keep her settled - it’s lovely to know your staff took it in turns to cuddle her as she didn’t want to go in a crate! We were seen as an emergency when my dog's eye deteriorated (ulcer) They fitted us in without an appointment twice on consecutive days, brilliant advice and care - and the girls on reception were kind and so helpful - I was even made a cuppa as I was there so long! Would HIGHLY recommend!
