Second time we have visited the New Malden branch and for the second time we have experienced the most seamless and easy process of gaining our AHC to take Frankie abroad. Cannot recommend Guy and all of the wonderful staff at the branch more highly. Much cheaper than our local vets (they wanted £250+!) and much more informative around travel requirements for trickier countries to visit (Norway). Third visit I’m sure will take place sometime in 2025!

What a fantastic service - picture the scene we arrived at check in at Portsmouth for the Overnight crossing to St Malo. We thought we had the correct documentation for our Dog. Although she had a Spanish passport her rabies certificate was on a her injection records not on her passport. It was 5pm on a Friday when we rang PassPets at Havant in just over a hour we had a animal health certificate in our hands and we were on our way back to the ferry. What a amazing service we can’t thank Gemma enough.

There is no better place to go for Vet Health Certificates for pet travel. We have used PassPets a number of times for travel to Europe and the service is brilliant at a much lower fee than a normal vet would have to charge. Now we are going through the onerous requirements for exporting our dog to Australia and the PassPets team are expertly guiding us all the way. I can't recommend PassPets enough!
