Hilsea vets Downland practice.
A friendly welcome with an efficient team. Filled me with confidence putting my dogs care and treatment into their hands.

Cannot fault the support and service from any of the vets, nurses or receptionists as all so friendly, caring and supportive.
Only criticism is the new way of claiming insurance.
Highly confusing and unclear of what is going on, what's paid for, what's due still.
Cannot say thank you enough for looking after Florence and Archie so well

Lovely vets, staff are always friendly. Always happy to give advice and care .
Very compassionate when u lose a pet an after . Would highly recommend downlands over other vets .

Very caring and approachable vets. Always happy to help and advise, genuinely happy and loving their work. David is passionate about pets and have great memory for his patients. Always enjoy my visits in Downlands!

Downland provided and excellent level of care in keeping my dog alive. The vets kept me up-to-date with her progress and kept me assured the whole time she was with them, even when she wasn't doing great, they kept my in the know with phone call updates. Very pleased with the care the give animals and owners alike.
