Had a leak after all the bad rain we have had. Rang Nick and came round same day and temporarily fixed the problem for me. Need new flashing and tiles replacing and has booked me in with in the week to make sure the roof is fixed properly. Don't get many roofers round same day and book the job in asap. Would recommend to family and friends with out hesitation. Thanks Nick.

I got Nick to come round to a property I recently purchased to look at the needs for my new extension, not only has Nick provided me with a great price but he has also saved me money by showing me a few areas I can change which will cost hundreds less than I originally costed. Lee came quickly to inspect the problem with my roof. He used a drone so I didn't need to be in for him to diagnose. Sorted scaffolders and did the work quickly with his two sons. Reasonably priced and clear photos/videos of the work he completed. Happy with his work :)

Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

Absolutely fantastic. Lee was the only company that actually took the time to come out and inspect the issue. His colleague assessed the issue quickly, we agreed and price and date for the work to be completed. Reasonably priced, even ended up doing a bit more work than he originally quoted but he didn’t charge any more. Would highly recommend and would use again with issue!

Dave and Gary very professional and quick tidy workers very knowledgeable prompt and always onsite early every day. The installation of our Velux was finished to a high standard. Dave just completed a complete re-roof on my property and I couldn't be happier with the result. Quoted immediately and fully explained the whole process. Had Stockport Roofing Services quote for a re-roof of a Dormer property with a small complex L-shaped extension in Hazel Grove. Dave came to quote the job. He was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained what the process was, took pictures and measured up. He went away and came back with a real professional written quote (no text message or word of mouth), that broke down everything. He came back with a competitive price. Once we had agreed for the work to be done, Dave came round with samples of the materials and let us pick the colour and styles of the tiles that would fit the roof; this was great customer service. The work started on the 6th June, it took approximately 3 1/2 weeks. Dave was here at 7:30am every weekday morning. I have never seen a tradesperson as tidy as Dave; nothing lying around for anyone, especially kids, to have accidents. Having had a few leaks repaired prior to the re-roof, I told Dave and he said he would take extra care on these areas. Throughout the duration of the job, Dave explained what was being done, took pictures and let me look what was being done. Dave also did the facia’s and guttering all around the property. We are over the moon with the work carried out. We definitely picked the correct tradesman for the job and all work was carried out to a very high standard. Our house looks great, like a brand new house. I would 110% recommend Stockport Roofing Services to anybody and you won’t be disappointed. We had 4 Heatons Windows and Roofing to fit 3 roof windows in June 2023. I'd contacted them as they were recommended by a neighbour. Both John and Kirsty were very friendly and helpful. We discussed the various options when John came along to measure up and selected our preferences in the Velux brochure to be sent to Kirsty for preparing a quote. This all went smoothly, although there was some confusion about a few things she forgot to include in the quotation and the price changed a few times. June 6th John and his 3 workmen showed up with the windows to install them over the next 3 days. The first window was a bit of a challenge as Velux had included a new (insulation) part they hadn’t accounted for, hence they had to resize the roof opening to fit it. The insulation hence looked a little scruffy as a result, but the other 2 windows looked fine. The second window (nobody told me – I found out afterwards) had some damage, which I showed John afterwards. This was more or less brushed aside by explaining to me that these windows are quite heavy and hence a challenge to fit in. I fully understand, but we are paying good money for 3 new windows, not damaged ones. No compensation nor a good will gesture was offered (disappointing and a missed opportunity I think). As the widows look lovely, don’t leak and provide a lot of light into the roof space we are quite happy with the work. A few areas that I want to highlight and warn for (I will certainly do this next time) are the following: *) At least one of the workmen was smoking (outside), but left cigarette buds on the drive and the garden. Not something I appreciate – why not put these in the bin..?? *) The scaffolding was £200 more then originally quoted. I was asked to pay them directly, so I wouldn’t have to pay the 20% VAT and this would prevent paying more. More concerning to me was the implication that they charge 20% VAT on top of everything, meaning they’ve ordered the velux windows (over £2,000!!) and charged me 20% VAT on top of that – I could have saved myself a lot of money ordering them myself. In future I will ask for a fully detailed quote so I can see exactly what I’m paying for. I feel this was poorly communicated. I do like the cleaning up the mess in the attic space afterwards, thank you for that. The external finish is great and no leaks (so far), even during the recent downpours. I will consider them for future work, but will request more detail regarding the quote, as well as a competitor quotation. I would have given them 3.5 stars, but this isn’t possible, hence I’ve generously given 4 Heatons Windows and Roofing 4 stars. I hope this review is helpful.

4 Heatons replaced our roof in March. We are very happy with the work carried out and felt at ease from start to finish. We were kept informed of progress throughout and the job was completed on time despite the snow! We chose 4Heatons due to John taking the time and effort to look at the roof properly on the first visit to diagnose the problems. Big thanks to John, Kirsty and the team. Used John a couple of times now for various Jobs!he is honest and fair with his recommendations… doesn’t go with the usual line of… ‘you need everything replacing’ and repairs only what needs repairing. I have used Jason on several occasions in recent years for various roofing tasks, including installations of both Edge Trims and a Dry Ridge System, and general tile replacement. He has always provided a prompt and reliable service, at a very reasonable price. Quotes were always adhered to when the work was completed, with no attempt to claim for any "unforeseen extras". Having recently moved and suffered with a leaking roof in the porch I can only say I wish I had known about Jay in the first instance. Having been messed about by other individuals Jay was recommended to me, he turned up when he said he would, we also discussed a couple of other jobs that may need doing and Jay was quite happy to provide separate quotes for the essential job and the optional ones. Quotes arrived as promised and seemed very good value and was happy to proceed with all (repairing dry verges and repointing a ridge tile). All jobs were completed as promised and to a high standard. The new flat roof on the porch has certainly been tested since installation and not a drop of water has been seen. In summary I wish Jay had been the first person I had approached; I will certainly be using him again for any future roofing works and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family for being reliable and trustworthy.

Gareth came and did a drone inspection on one of my properties which was over four stories high , it saved us loads on scaffold hire just to find the issues .
