We invited James to provide us a quote for roof maintenance and he's been fantastic - very friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Walked us through all the options and explained clearly the choice between repairing the roof and replacing it altogether. Walked us through choice of materials and techniques that could be used. He's a huge advocate for sustainable work - repairing things where it is practical as opposed to ripping things apart and replacing unnecessarily. Very prompt with his communications so overall - 10/10 Would recommend and would use again
