John and his team did an excellent job in replacing my two bed semi roof. The biggest mistake of my life was in having spray foam roof insulation applied to the roof about 17 years ago. Moisture crept in over time unnoticed, and rotted some of the rafters and battons. Part of the roof was near collapse. John's team removed all the tiles, spray foam insulation and ten decayed or warped rafters, then installed new rafters, felted, battoned and retiled the complete roof all in just under two days. Quite remarkable. The roof is now quite waterproof and looks good. I have no hesitation in recommending Equity Roofing Ltd. for their excellent service and expertise.
