First time here. They serve a decent pint and range of beers and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a homemade Steak & Ale pie which was very good. Karaoke was on so I went to the other end of the pub but the locals seemed to be having a good time.
Welcome back from Lockdown. Great to see that the place has sprung back to life. We enjoyed our meal, the sea bass was cooked perfectly and yes it's still the home of the monster chip. The deserts here are always to die for. Menu is a restricted but thankfully there is a specials board. Thanks, enjoyed the evening.
Can't comment on food as I just stopped off for a quick pint. Service was welcoming. Pint was decent and pub and toilets spotless. Lovely little spot I wish I lived locally
Absolutely fabulous! Attentive and friendly staff. Warm, cosy environment. Food was reasonably priced and simply delicious. Great choice of wines and beers. Five star rating recommend to all.
What a lovely roast dinner, really enjoyed. Very generous with the portions! Shame no space for a pudding:). Service excellent 👌.
