Nice room. Free Parking. Beefeater is tatty, worn, and tired, and the staff are far from welcoming. Accordingly, we dined out.
Staff were kind, and the rooms were very clean and to a very modern standard (seemingly renovated quite recently), of note the bedside outlets include both USB Type A and Type C charging ports. The bathroom was also really nice too, and the bed very comfy! My only complaints are the location being not so central to Swanley station (though, it has a bus stop immediately in front of the building, which helps a lot with this and is especially convenient if getting off the train at Sidcup) and that the WiFi speed was a bit slow but serviceable enough.
My first stay in a premier inn for many years. Friendly and helpful welcome on arrival thanks to lovely Kirsten. We stayed only for one night and had one of the newly decorated/refitted Premier Plus rooms which were lovely - comfy bed, kettle/coffee machine, fridge with water and some sweet treats. We’ve booked a couple of other Premier Inn stays off the back of this one.
Me & my family had a wonderful stay at Swanley P.Inn, especially with the new room upgrades. The staff were incredibly welcoming (Kirsten DHM & the night receptionist) & we really appreciated our lovely surprise of the PI WOW! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Best regards Dani ✨️
