Mixed feelings. The room was ok, basic. At the reception, one of the staff was very friendly but inefficient and the other one was abrupt but managed to resolve our issue. Breakfast was nice and there was a large choice of hot and cold breakfast. Food at the bar was good but we had to come back many times before finding someone behind the bar to place our order with. We liked the fact that there were few free hot beverage and fruits station in the hotel. The swimming pool was nice but the changing room was not practical. The surroundings and garden were nice.

I recently stayed here with a party of guests as we attended Goodwood Revival. I can't thank the staff enough for all their help. The restaurant team and manager, Trudi, were amazing and settled us as a group of 10 in a side room to accommodate our needs for meal times in the wonderful restaurant. The check in staff were also very kind and pleasant and efficient even as the main reception area was closed for refurbishment. The rooms were excellent. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Partner and I stayed for an anniversary and birthday in the De Vere suite. It was amazing so beyond our expectations. When we entered our room we were greeted with biscuits and a chocolate bar that said congratulations, with warm lighting and smooth radio on the Roberts radio provided. We felt like royalty. Massive room, massive bed, two massive sofa’s too! Beautifully decorated and very warm despite the cold outside! Lovely standalone bathtub and delicious smelling soaps provided. The staff were lovely all throughout the grounds, even the receptionist came over to the Towers when we went to the wrong reception! Food buffet was well worth the money, beef was delicious. Beautiful grounds would have explored more had it not been raining or freezing cold. 100% would stay again.

Visited and stayed the tower room, the rooms had its own mystical feel with really beautiful surroundings, it's one of the most romantic and scenic hotels in Leatherhead. For my second visit I couldn't make it due to unforeseen circumstances and the hotel waived the cancellation fee which made sure I will be a regular guest at this majestic hotel.
