Visited for dinner. The service here was very good. The restaurant is quite small with limited seating and was quite busy on the Friday night we visited. We got a variety of items and all were quite good. The only disappointment was the tuna tataki which was extremely fishy and unpleasant, but the rest of the meal was great. The nigiri set and sashimi sets were fresh and with decent portions. Soft shell crab was cooked well and tasted fresh. The plum wine they have is delicious!

I honestly never expected to eat so well in a small restaurant in a little-known street in Croydon. After leaving Gatwick airport, I searched on Google Maps for a Japanese restaurant near me that was open until 10pm, I found this one, I was very lucky. I made a big order because we were very hungry. I tried everything and I was very satisfied, especially the fried food. The place is small but well organized and clean, the service was excellent. Absolutely recommended.

Amazing small restaurant in Coulsdon. All the food choices tasted so good! Our waiter Ethan provided excellent service which really enhanced the evening! Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE restaurant, the staff are wonderful, the food was delectable- the chef here really is an artist- absolutely nothing to fault here whatsoever. My partner and I went for Friday dinner, after I just happened to walk past the previous night and thought it looked interesting. We recently moved to the area from Streatham and were on the hunt for a new go to local restaurant (we were spoilt for choice previously, being so close to Tooting market, and do like to eat out fairly regularly), I think we’ve found it! We are yet to try any of the sushi, but the small plates were very impressive, my partner is vegetarian and there were so many options for him- it’s really nice when a restaurant puts care and consideration into their veggie options rather than leaving it as an after thought. Of course I forgot to take many pictures but the short rib was EPIC so that ended up on my camera roll. 10/10 would recommend
