Super bubbly and attentive staff. The food was absolutely delicious. The portions were top notch. The quality and flavour of each dish was spectacular. Can’t recommend enough. The atmosphere is relaxing.

Absolutely divine place! Very clean, spacious, and the staff are so friendly and hospitable, the foods and drinks are delicious and so authentic! Felt as if I was dining inside one of the restaurants in Thailand! If you're looking for an authentic thai cuisine then this is definitely a place to go to!

Kasalong Thai is an amazing small independent restaurant that I can’t recommend enough. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would choose a chain like Giggling Squid when this gem exists. I’ve been here a few times, and every visit has been perfect. The food is incredible – authentic, flavourful, and unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. It’s clear how much care and passion goes into every dish. If you’re looking for a proper Thai dining experience, support this wonderful independent restaurant. You won’t regret it!

The service with this pub was lovely. A kind member of staff who took photos of us. After they gave us an extra meal they made up for it with two sausages! The food was nice quality. Especially the chips! The pub itself was cosy and warm sitting by the sofa with the fire was lovely. They also orignized lots of events . Bethany

We went for a team Xmas do. The table was nicely laid out. The food was served very quickly although I did order online when I made my reservation. The service was speedy , staff were polite and food was tasty. I would recommend for a team event.

Visited the pub with my family this Sunday, the service was fantastic from Emily who looked after us. The roasts were awesome! I had the pork belly which was incredible, perfect cracking! I tried some of my partners beef which was melt in the mouth! We went around 4:30 pm and the pub was fairly quiet, but with roasts that good it shouldn’t be. There was a nice and cosy atmosphere, would recommend for a Sunday visit!

My second visit. Had the 'messy burger' and a few pints. Messy burger really lived up to its name and was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere and excellent service from Nely. Be back soon.

All staff made us feel very welcome and they were very helpful. Our waitress was Denise and she was absolutely brilliant! Love it here, can't wait to come back 😍

A lovely evening out to dine for an anniversary dinner was enhanced when we served by the charming Denise. Very attentive, welcoming and friendly, even stopped to chat with us. Food was great too! But top marks for Denise and the service!

The food quality is very good taking into account the price. For £35 you get a three course meal with a nice juicy 8oz steak. Real value for money. I had the 30day aged Fillet Mignon it was super tender and juicy. The service is efficient and very friendly. Always with a smile. Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Overall a a great place to eat and drink.

Comfortable lovely environment Bit pricey. Service is wonderful. Only got a 4* overall as we were sitting between the kitchen and the bathroom entrance, so it was extremely busy and chilly with the staff wizzing by. If we were anywhere else, im fairly certain it would have been a 5

Really beautiful pub with a cutesy old world rustic feel. Lovely food and staff who can’t do enough. Had a wonderful pork belly with perfect crackling. There is a wonderful indoor fire that kept us all lovely and warm as it is Jan. lovely decor and mostly accessible. Main toilets on first floor but there is an accessible bathroom on ground.

Harriet and Tianna are the best they go above and beyond in their customer service even when sat in the bar area they still provide table service. They highly recommend the calamari which was exquisite. The food is high end and I have not found one fault with the food or the surroundings. The ribeye steak is unbelievable I love this place and have recommended it to family and friends who frequently visit now

We like to come here for our Sunday lunch. We tend to walk here from Weybridge because the food and service is A1. Not had a bad experience yet. The staff are always happy to help and always bring a smile. The price is very reasonable also. We must not forget the extra servings of Gravy, roast potatoes and Yorkshire pudding should you want it. Lastly its always a joy to have Jannis at front of house and also serving. She holds the whole team and experience together. Were it not for Jannis I think the service would be at a loss. See you soon.

Have stayed for one night with my wife for our anniversary. I always sceptical staying at pubs. Normally run down but heavily overpriced for the comfort ( or not) one gets. Not here. We had a beautiful room with lots of character put into. Little record player with vinyl. Good coffee machine and good sized bathroom beautiful done up. Good water pressure for a shower when one is used to German standard. Staff was throughout our stay friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was plenty with little buffet and a la carte ordering. All in all, great place. Highly recommended.

First time visiting. Food was very good and prices were good (mains around £5.50, sides £3.25, garlic naan £2.30). Dishes were full of flavour. Naan breads were perfect. They were happy to accommodate different dish requests. The "screaming hot balti" was very indeed very hot! Garlic chilli main we was very nice as was the korai and tarka Dal. Aloo chaat Puri and prawn Puri starters were great. Friendly staff, although we visited at 10pm and were asked to order quickly (restaurant states that it is open until midnight on a Saturday. That was the only negative. The restaurant has a nice selection of beers, with Cobra on draught and mongoose bottled beer 660ml. I haven't seen mongoose for years so it was interesting to try that (it's the original Cobra recipe). One friend had an Aspal's cider, it was a fancy version and 7% abv! I'll try takeaway next time. If it's as good as it was when dining in, then this will be my new go-to for takeaway.

Marvellous food, Wholesome experience , Amazing customer service Cannot fault the service- made my food exactly how I wanted it. Customer service was very friendly. There chicken garlic chilli and hydrabadi lamb and the king prawns was scrumptious. There is ample parking behind the store and on street parking.

Wow! What an atmosphere! We got the big sharer pudding with fireworks and serenaded with the Happy Birthday song! It was no ones Birthday, but extremely fun and worth every penny! The food was good, my fajitas were a little on the small side, but it was a blessing in disguise, because I had room for puddy and more cocktails.

This place is absolutely amazing! I love the decorations and the style 😃 The food is really good, we tried the sharing grill plate and it was enough for two starving people 🤣 We also ordered the cherry cake and here it comes my 4 stars: the cake was good, but the ice cream had a strange taste. Not sure if it was the ice cream or the syrup on it but it tasted like soap or expired milk? Not sure but I told it to the waiter and he just said he will check in the kitchen. Then we asked for the bill and he didn’t come back. No discount on the bill neither. Probably they could have done something different here, just come back with a feedback from the kitchen was enough.

Me and my partner stumbled across this place whilst staying at the Thorpe Park Hotel, we wanted dinner off site and googled close by restaurants (12 mins drive from Thorpe Park). Me and my partner love anything western or cowboy themed so this was a perfect little find for us. The staff were inviting and friendly, the decor was very impressive, and the food was delicious, fresh and hot. We were looked after by Jake and Katie and the service was amazing. We had such an enjoyable meal and would definitely eat here again😃

Went last week for a mate's birthday dinner. Food was good, would definitely go back to try more. Service was really good, really nice servers. But music was way too loud for any conversation and the smoke made me go outside coughing on a couple of occasions. I know some of the food is sizzling, my dish included, but they need better extractor fans. I feel bad for all the people working there, having to breath that in every day. Apart from that, good, fun atmosphere. Love the bell whenever they take the massive desert to a table celebrating something.

The food was absolutely amazing! The cheese balls were a fantastic starter and the tandoori lamb chops were incredibly tender and perfectly portioned - I left feeling full and satisfied. The mint sauce was a delightful touch. The spiced apple and cinnamon crumble was to die for! The pub itself is unique, beautiful, and has a lovely atmosphere. I enjoyed every minute of my time there. Highly recommend!

Very old public house in Virginia Water. Good food and service. Out door bear garden, free car parking available. Nice rustic atmosphere in the pub.

Haven't visited for over 10 years to this pub. I loved going back the huts and outside areas are wonderful addition. The inside is spacious and welcoming it has the feeling of an old familiar home from home with all the comforts you could want. The food was amazing it was hot beautiful fresh and clean not greasy. The servers were lovely we had 2 as we were a table for 10 and they were attentive and quick. Overall we went back twice within our week stay both times spent quite a long time and we enjoyed both visits. The sticky toffee pudding was the best my daughter has ever had she said. Thank you all 😃

Lovely food with good vegan options. We sat in an outside cabin which was really nice, with a heater so we were warm even in the rain.

My husband, daughter and I came here with our dog at the weekend. My husband had a pizza and my daughter and I shared some small plates - chicken wings, macaroni cheese, garlic bread and salt and pepper squid. Nice meal, friendly staff. The pub is well presented inside and out.

Visited the newly refurbished grove, new entrance through the left hand shed. Looks great inside and outside and service was very friendly and helpful. Drinks selection is good with lots of beer choices on tap. Food menu is limited currently but will be added to in due time, they have nibbles, pizza and burgers. They also offer vegan options and we tried the vegan pizza, which was tasty. Inside they have a games section, with shuffleboard, darts and kids play area (outside). Felt cosy and comfortable inside, we sat outside initially but it gets a bit colder in the evening. The pub doesn't get any evening sunshine but has lighting and a couple of cabins.

Lovely food and really nice staff. Digital darts and, the best pub game since pool, shuffleboard! Get down here, have a few drinks, dinner and a few games. It's worth spending a bit of time here and, once it's summer, enjoy some boules (or whatever they call it lol).

We love this place! Games and food are excellent with a gorgeous garden to use in the summer. We play the pub quiz and enjoy the format. Staff couldn't do enough for you.
