I've been here several times, all I want to say that it's the best place if you fancy to the authentic taste of south Italy. I can only recommend it as it's simply pure service, and SO TASTY food from the Starters until Desserts.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Italian Good! Luca, the owner, was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was amazing, with lemons hanging from the ceiling that gave the place an authentic Napolitano vibe—like a little slice of Italy! We ordered the Quattro Stagioni, Prosciutto Cotto, and Boscaiola pizzas, and they were all superb—real Italian pizza done right. To top it off, we enjoyed their incredible gelato milkshakes (Biscoff and Pistachio were heavenly) and were even treated to some complimentary dessert cakes. Such an authentic and delightful culinary experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Italian Good, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Starters: We began our meal with the garlic bread with mozzarella, and it was the perfect start to the evening. The bread was freshly baked, with a crispy crust and a soft, chewy center. Topped with just the right amount of melted mozzarella and a hint of garlic, it was absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal to come. Mains: For the main course, we opted for pizza, and it did not disappoint. The crust was thin and perfectly crisp, with a light char that added just the right amount of flavour. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, with the mozzarella melting beautifully over the vibrant tomato sauce. Whether you prefer a classic Margherita or something more adventurous, the pizzas at Italian Good are sure to satisfy any craving. Desserts: The desserts were the true highlight of the evening. We indulged in the salted caramel gelato, which was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced between sweet and salty. To top it off, we also shared a Nutella pizza—a decadent treat with a warm, soft crust generously slathered in Nutella and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. It was a delightful combination, satisfying our sweet tooth in the best possible way. Service: The service was attentive without being overbearing. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations, enhancing the overall dining experience. Our First time trying this place in New haw as I have been recommended by my friend and her partner that’s Italian (so it is Italian approved!). When we walked in I was in love with the decor of the restaurant with lemons, chilli’s and garlic hanging on the ceiling and the pretty wall tiled. The music and the vibe of the place was fantastic, they even had a tv showcasing their cooking and prep BTS. The service was top notch and very welcoming. We had a lovely convo with Luca and made us feel like we are in South of Italy! Ordered 3 pizzas and I asked to remove rocket in one of them and he kindly put more mushrooms instead. We also got 2 gelato milkshakes which was nice but maybe use bigger straw as I got pistachio and I struggled to get the nuts in through the straw. But nonetheless, They were so lovely and even gave us complementary dessert which we enjoyed so much! We are defo coming back for more and more! Thank you Luca and the team!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The K BBQ was excellent - the meat was cooked very well. The sushi was great too. The kimchi pancake excellent. They even gave us some fried chicken on the house. The service was outstanding. We will be coming back

Wonderful family run restaurant. Always an enjoyable experience. Food is excellent, huge fan of the pancakes and galbi. Lovely staff and very efficient service. Highly recommend if you want to try delicious Korean food. Looking forward to visiting again.

Undoubtedly, one of the better restaurants that Chertsey has to offer. The owner/chef was super friendly and guided us towards what to order. We picked Korean BBQ, and she helped us cook the meat off and had a lovely chat with us. This was my first time trying radish kimchi and I have to say, I loved it. We also tried the Deep Fried Seaweed Rolls that were textural heaven. The lovely owner even delighted us with some complimentary Pumpkin Croquettes that I would recommend everyone try if they go here.

Had a wonderful time in here for my fiancé's birthday. They made such an effort for her by making a happy birthday out of carrot! Never seen it before but applaud the effort. The owner is so warm, the food is wonderful, tasty and fascinating. We will definitely be back to try more. Good to see a new unique and exciting cuisine come to the area and so well made!

An amazing delicatessen right in the heart of Chertsey. If it's not the sweet items that'll get ya, it's the savoury for sure!!!! Recently had a bolognese arancini that was from another world I'm sure. Can't wait to spend a bit more time in here soon, problem is I might buy too many things to eat 😬

A charming slice of Italy in the heart of Chertsey, offering a delightful range of Italian cold meats, sweets, and a wide selection of authentic produce. Stopped by for a panini and latte—opted for a chicken pesto panini, which was decent but lacked the robust flavour I had hoped for. However, the latte was outstanding—probably the best I've had in a long time. The Illy coffee machine truly delivers! Lovely service and a great atmosphere overall.

Really fast service, great food, lovely staff. Couldn't ask for more. Staff were attentive but not pushy. Toilets are nice, with a baby change. Came for lunch and was served and had everything within 5-10 mins during lunch service (so pretty busy and no free tables). Plenty of seating available. Coffees are really good.

Great friendly service, excellent chocolate brownie and brunches, with our coffees and hot chocolates. . Lovely atmosphere. Made to feel very comfortable and welcome. Group of us went after a long walk. Lots of compliments from the group.

Lovely local little gem for breakfast. Fresh and tasty food, very friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. When the sun is out it's nice to sit in their backyard sipping a coffee and eating some avocado toasts with poached eggs on top.

I am very pleased with the experience. I have been to a few Romanian restaurants in London, but this one looks different. I am Romanian, and when I found (by luck) this restaurant on Google, I was happy to go for some traditional food. The design looks amazing, very calm, and welcoming. The staff was amazing, polite, he made sure we were happy with the food. He also he told us that the portions were quite big as we weren't sure what and how much to order. I can also say that the prices are decent and good quality food and service. I will definitely come back when I get a chance. They haven't opened the restaurant for a long time but I wish them good luck, if they keep it this way they will have a grand success.

The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, adding personal touches to ensure we had the perfect night! From planning to execution, they couldn’t have done more for us. Great find this very small South Indian restaurant in Chertsey. We tried chicken 65, onion dosa and Malabar fish curry. All excellent and great value.

Flavours true to the South India. Idli was fresh, and chutney flavours were amazing too. Dosas were spot on. 4 tables for dine in option. Quick service. Will definitely be going back.

I’m worried in writing a great review as there’s going to be no seats in future as it’s so great. I loved this small restaurant. Authentic, crispy and tasty dosas and the masala chai is really good. Honestly it felt like I was eating in Tamil Nadu, India. Thank you for opening so close to home. Now I feel right at home!

Gluten free & dairy free options. Really pleased to have a good authentic Indian restaurant on the Chertsey high street and meets Indian standards too :p The lamb biryani was lovely - not oily (unlike many restaurants) and appropriately garnished with a boiled egg, cashews and fried onions…the way it’s made at home in India, with attention to ingredients and quality. Tasted great too! Good quantity, did not skimp on the meat and the lamb was tender. Only tried the biryani this time but will try more of the menu next time. On a previous occasion we had the dosa (a South Indian savoury pancake with accompaniments and a favourite comfort food for South Indians) …and it was done perfectly with the correct accompaniments (sambar, chutney etc) while being spot-on flavour-wise . The prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants and the quality is very good…hope they will stay consistent with the quality. Overall very happy- Will be back!

Absolutely divine place! Very clean, spacious, and the staff are so friendly and hospitable, the foods and drinks are delicious and so authentic! Felt as if I was dining inside one of the restaurants in Thailand! If you're looking for an authentic thai cuisine then this is definitely a place to go to!

What an outstanding Thai restaurant! The ambiance is very romantic and peaceful. The customer service is outstanding , and the food is incredibly delicious! We travel the world looking for good Thai food, and it is very hard to find. This place is a hidden gem!

Kasalong Thai is an amazing small independent restaurant that I can’t recommend enough. I honestly don’t understand why anyone would choose a chain like Giggling Squid when this gem exists. I’ve been here a few times, and every visit has been perfect. The food is incredible – authentic, flavourful, and unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. It’s clear how much care and passion goes into every dish. If you’re looking for a proper Thai dining experience, support this wonderful independent restaurant. You won’t regret it!

Pop in for a work lunch recently and it was a nice experience. 8 of us all ordered different dishes and everyone said the food was ok but it was just lacking flavour. The service was great and the pub itself is lovely.

We popped in for a drink a while ago and said we'd be back to sample the Sunday roast. Well, we weren't disappointed. After a frustrating start when the staff didn't even acknowledge our existence (a simple smile and "I'll be with you in a moment" would've been amazing) our experience was uphill all the way. We arrived early enough to grab one of only 4 tables available in the bar that weren't reserved as the place was fully booked, so felt very lucky. I had a mulled wine (and then another as it was good and hot) and the veggie roast. He had the turkey. Both dishes were plentiful, colourful with a large dish of vegetables on the side. We also ordered the cauliflower and broccoli cheese, which I highly recommend. We were both extremely impressed with the quality, quantity and flavour of the meal. Judging by the capacity of the pub, everyone in the area feels the same way! We didn't have starters, but watching the prawn cocktails being taken to other tables, I'd recommend trying one alongside the main roast. Definitely recommend the Three Horseshoes to anyone. Couldn't fault anything. But it's popular, so book a table to be sure.

Pianillo Italian Restaurant is a place that truly knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the cocktails—they were so well-made and added a special touch to the evening. The food had an authentic, homemade feel, which I always appreciate. The mussels, for example, had a unique flavor that felt like a nod to traditional recipes. One thing I noticed was how attentive the staff were; they made sure to check in with us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. It’s clear they care about the dining experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines good food with great service, Pianillo is worth a visit!”

Pianillo is an interesting restaurant we've been to before under its previous ownership. Fortunately, both the service and the food are still high quality, and although expensive, in my eyes you get what you pay for. The food all around was excellent, taste was high quality and it was an enjoyable experience. Service likewise was high quality, the servers were attentive and engaged, friendly and apologetic when items came out slightly later than ideal. All around, zero complaints about service. Atmosphere is where personal preference sets in! For me, the atmosphere was too noisy. The music was loud making conversation difficult, and the tables were in my eyes packed a bit too closely. We were parked directly next to another group of people and in my eyes it was a bit too close for comfort. I can't penalise them for trying to utilise as much space as possible though. It followed up with a transition into a live singer, who was good at what he did, but in my eyes it didn't really fit the "fine dining" nature of the restaurant and the level of quality in food (Nothing against him personally, he was entertaining and a good singer!) - This can easily be avoided as live singers are only there on specific days of the week. I'll finalise by saying that, the specific parts I disliked were personal preference and nothing more. I have nothing bad to say about the Restaurant at all and overall enjoyed my experience there. Great work!

The food was outstanding and the quality of the food was even better. I loved how all of the food came in sync and everyone on my table got their food right when it was cooked and hot, it’s an outstanding and cozy place to eat with your family, friends or even by yourself. I would love to visit it anytime I have some spare time, and I would like to give a special thanks to the staff and management who made this experience to eat even better.
