The tutor has been so supportive, patient and understanding of my child’s needs. She is attentive and calm during every session. I really appreciate the way she deals with my child’s nervousness without making her feel uncomfortable . I feel that both of my children have improved greatly from these lessons academically and their confidence is improving with each session I would recommend to others wholeheartedly. Mathnasium on Northcote road are absolutely brilliant! My son has grown in confidence and does not see Math as a challenge anymore. I believe mathnasium has helped my son practice math so supporting his school curriculum. I highly recommend Mathnasium to anybody thinking about joining here. I also suggest allowing 1 month to settle in and another few months to see changes. My son loves all the tutors who help him with his math sessions as well as front of house who welcome him in to class. My son looks forward to seeing Spike, Matt, Aali, Holly and centre manager Colette. Theyre great with children and hospitable with parents/carers. At first he was nervous but now he heads straight in. Weekends are medium busy, weekdays 4-5pm are super busy so we book at quieter times 6pm ish when we can because we live nearby and my son doesnt mind. Rest be assured every visit has been a wonderful experience whatever time you book. They have been super flexible when possible and I appreciate this so much. My son says math can be hard at times but he has fun in the centre, he feels safe and looked after all whilst learning. He also LOVES the star system in place and is working towards his goals, rewards, sweets and prizes! (Hope he doesnt end up with a cavity! Maybe they could offer a healthy option one day?) I do like they way they keep a clear record of his work and contact me every month to update me on his progress. We found Mathnasium when talking a walk down the road, noticed their signage so popped in to ask a few questions, so glad we did!

I’ve been coming to this tuition place for over a year and it’s one of the best - all the teachers really support you with topics you struggle with and encourage you to achieve higher - I was mainly getting grade 6-7s in science and maths but this results day ended up with 8-9s and a huge part of that is because of toptutors- can’t recommend them enough :)

I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

My daughter attends this centre and she absolutely loves it. The brothers who teach her are amazing at what they do allahumma barik and she is always looking forward to going to class. It is also amazing that they have considered the homeschooling community and facilitated this for us during school times. If you are homeschooling and looking for somewhere to complement the work you do with your child or you want to test that your child is at the right level then this is a great place to come on Thursday at 1pm to 3pm as it is specifically for homeschooling families. They offer English, Maths and science.

I can highly recommend Private Tuition Specialists, my daughter has a diagnosis of dyslexia and she has been attending for some time now and has shown so much improvement in maths, which has really boosted her confidence. The staff are amazing, really friendly and caring and always make my daughter feel at ease. Kiran is very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or to offer advice. Anna had 3 different tutors without much progress and she has been diagnosed with ADHD. Chris was recommended to us by a mum from our class, whose son he has been working with for over a year. After the first month of subscription - working with our daughter in school we saw a big difference. Her brain has been unlocked to learn. I’m so grateful and full of hope that Anna will catch up with her contemporaries soon. Chris is reliable, flexible and knows how to make our daughter work. He uses a lot of different strategies and is learning and developing all the time to find out new ways to help children with SEND access and engage with the learning. My daughter joined Year 4 after we relocated from Dublin. She had to move up a year, and the curriculum is more challenging than Ireland. She was really struggling but working with Chris has really helped her. He's helped diagnose and decide the areas to focus on that will make the most impact, in both Maths and English. Kevin is an outstanding and naturally gifted tutor who was able to put my daughter at ease from the 1st lesson. He understands the teenage brain and works very well in nurturing his student with versatility and consideration of their current mindset. He has such a vast knowledge and currently, we are focussing on maths yet we could include the sciences, too, in the future, if necessary. Kevin gives such great tips that are current and helpful for exam revision. My son found Alun absolutely perfect for him, he enjoyed every session with him and usually came out with a smile on his face as he had learnt something new again. He took Physics and Computer science and with Alun`s help, he managed to achieve high grades in his GCSE. Kavita Arif is an excellent Math teacher. She has been tutoring my son for a few weeks, and her teaching method is very interactive. She keeps her students engaged continuously and works them through any sticky patches they might encounter. She is brilliant, and I highly recommend her. Safiyyah is an excellent Biology, Chemistry and Geography teacher. She has extensive knowledge of her subjects and is gentle with her students, allowing them to be comfortable and grasp the subject matter she teaches. She is fantastic, and I wish she had taught more subjects.

My 9 yrs son attends Prime Tuition on weekends. Prime Tuition has done amazing work to improve his skills. They are the only trusted organisation in the South London who have remarkable achievements, as many of the families whom I know have the same feedback. They are offering many Free Lessons to the local community such as SATS Boosters, 11+ lessons, Half price lessons during term holidays, financial support to the families who are struggling due to their financial difficulties.
