An amazing place with amazing staff I started with a 1 and now I'm getting 6s and incredible change

Well I am starting to be a bit disappointed . No books at the start available . Staff friendly and trying to be helpful but not having information asked for . Looks like this center needs a good manager to improve :-) .

I changed the stars because yesterday I have been very impressed by a team .

1 st time from when my children start I have got feedback about how they did ( was clear and with details) , also I must said that if this will go on I really very high recommend this place .

I haven’t feel the way till yesterday that my children are noticed and known as a student and how they actually doing work.

As you probably can notice Iam not good with English language but try to find help to support my children in schooling , so from the first day of changes and promises I was told , I am looking forward to keep my children and even recommend this place to others if someone will ask.
Well Done team on Yesterday 14/09/22. and let hope for longer .

Update to my new experience and action taken to improve this place I must say that I am happy how this center is working now , with the new management . After a session I am update how my child did and what needs to be improved.
Alicia whom is the new manager and last I have opportunity to see is really doing her best to make us parents happy and to make sure the job is done correct for our children . She is listening and understanding always I asked her that I would like from her . I do not have to wait ages for replay from her .
I am actually sad living but nothing to do with the center. I can tell this place have a good future of getting more students if the work is going to be like now or always can be even better .

Boost education has helped me to prepare in my AQA higher Maths, combined science and also in my English language paper. They use a lot of Past Paper practise which helped me prepare a a lot in my final exam. Really appreciate the manager keo for it :)

I ask the head office to stop payment for my son, they wanted to charge me 60 pound hour , that's crazy. Much better to go to private home tutor or go to Best tutor in Edmonton, they are the best.
Another that is very bad about them they have a very bad management, no one to talk to over the phone or face to face, you need email to reach them which they are not really good at it. BUT they are great with direct debit.
I emailed them requesting cancellation direct debit and transfers my sons hours to my daughter, they sent me wrong advice. When I asked them again they said we will charge u 60pound an hour.
I tried to call them ,they are not reachable.

Today am updating my review, as I spoke to Ria today , she helped me and resolved my issues. However, am happy to carry on with them to help with my daughter's GCSE. Thank you soooooooo much RIA.

Great place to achieve a higher grade for your GCSE. Tutors help you a lot in past paper practises for foundation maths, combined Science and also for English language and literature. Highly recommend this place for GCSEs help.
