We used DPS to fit our new boiler and radiators and are so happy with the quality of the products - all of which were recommended by DPS. He also took time to give us a full and thorough demonstration after installation on how to use the new system til we understood how everything worked. We were also really impressed with the pipework - all pipework was fitted well, the fittings are neat and presentable, you can see that DPS take pride in appearance and the job was not rushed. Dave is a friendly, hardworking and professional gas engineer and we can’t recommend using him enough, we have recommended him to our friends and family who have since booked in with him. I had Dave install my central heating. He reccommended a great boiler and smart thermostat. His work is of a very high standard and I highly reccommend him.

A BIG THANK YOU. I messaged 9am Christmas day as pump in my boiler went the night before and we were freezing and no hot water. Absolutely everything closed and no chance of any qualified engineer to come to my house. I got reply in 10 minutes and I travelled from Burton on Trent to pick up my pump for 11am. I fitted an hour later and we have now nice and warm house and even can have shower. I'm ever so grateful for this Christmas miracle, thank you 😊 5 out of 5 stars also price was very competitive for the part, absolutely the best. Merry Christmas 🎄

Fantastic service. Fitted two designer radiators to perfection. Came on time to quote took on board what I wanted and researched the designer radiators to ensure I got what i wanted. Great communication throughout to confirm details. Punctual on day of work, got straight to work and no stopping until completed. Very efficient and cleaned up after them and took away all the rubbish. No hesitation in recommending them. Very polite and professional. Great company to deal with. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent work Highley Recommend, good value. We found our 30 yr old Hot water tank leaking Call SP Plumbing and Stuart came the next day to access. Within 48 hrs we had workers on site, they were clean professional , well motivated. There were some secondary issues found, normal in old central heating systems these were fault checked and diagnosed quickly and efficiently, new parts obtained and fitted. The work areas were cleaned and vacuumed by the team, all area reinstated. Very satisfied, reasonable prices , I recommend this company.

Great job lads. We were in real need for a emergency plumber to help us out with a water leak they appered undewr our bath we called these guys and they sent someone out for the agreed price and got everything fixed. We will 100 per cent be using again.
