Great experience with this company. Was given a very reasonable quote for the texts and photos I sent. Plumbing engineer arrived ahead of time, replaced toilet’s flush valve and made sure no leak, dripping sound or any mess left behind. Excellent communication and customer service. Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. He arrived exactly when promised, charged exactly what was quoted, was extremely respectful of my property and responsive to any special requirements, and left my bathrooms spotless and my taps sparkling, like new.
