Tony was great, installed a new water pump a few months back for a reasonable cost. Last night I had a major leak from my water tank and he went out of his way after hours to come and fix it. Good directions on the phone and would recommend. 👍

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Gavin serviced our combi boiler and swapped out an old radiator, which wasn’t getting hot at the bottom, for a modern one for us a couple of months ago. He was very busy but managed to fit us in around other jobs and kept me informed along the way. Gavin seems very knowledgeable when it comes to Worcester Bosch boilers and the new radiator is amazing, it kicks out so much heat compared to the one it replaced. We’re very happy with his work and hope to use him again soon.

Excellent service from Gavin. He installed our new boiler a few years ago and has serviced it each year since. Also replaced radiator for us and outside tap and installed shock arrester to stop our noisy pipes which have been bothering me since we moved in! Would definitely recommend!

We called Imran to repair our toilet yesterday, he arrived this morning he managed to fit us in although he was very busy we were very grateful. Usman and his son came out within the day to sort our boiler as we had no hot water. This was vital for us to get sorted in an emergency, as we have a 4 month old baby. Polite, friendly and professional both on the phone and in person.Issue and part sorted within 30 mins. Usman then found another issue with the boiler that needed sorting asap, he kindly got us the part at no extra cost than trade to stop the leak, and didn’t charge us for the 2nd call out.
