Dan and Ryan came today to investigate what was causing an awful smell at my sisters house. Dan was absolutely brilliant. He was very thorough and really good at explaining what was causing the problem and how he was going to rectify it. Dan and Ryan were so polite and such a please to deal with. Dan sorted an emergency blocked sewage & pipe problem for me Although he was busy,he promised to come out asap to me . He was efficient, knowledgeable, polite and did an amazing job He cleaned up afterwards & left everything perfect . Dan also unblocked my drain unexpectedly! He went above & beyond with his workmate Roy to make sure I was completely happy before they left . I have had a couple of plumbing issues over the last 2 months. Got in contact with Dan and he has been over to fix the issues in under 24 hours both times. Really friendly and honest guy and does a great job for a good price. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him in the future. Called Petes services today for a problem we had with the heating system coming on, when the thermostat was switched off. They came out straight away, and resolved the problem, which was due to a valve in the boiler seizing up. Problem was solved within 15 minutes at a great price, and great service. Called Pete’s Heating Services out on Sunday afternoon as our boiler had stopped working leaving us with no heat or hot water. Despite not planning to work on Sunday they still answered the call and arrived within an hour, they then got our boiler working again in no time and provided some future repair advice for us to pass back to the landlord. Gladly it was an easy fix and only cost us the call out fee!

After being messed about by 2 other companies, I phoned Pete and he turned up the next day (Saturday) to look at our faulty boiler. He recommended a new boiler as ours wasn't working and 18years old. He recommended which boiler was suitable for us and then fitted it the following week. Payment was made after a week of having the new boiler fitted and that we were happy with it. Can't thank him enough for the work he did, Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

Called Neil to help with a leak in my bathroom. Very impressed with his response which gave me the confidence to let Neil upgrade my bathroom with a false wall, shower, shower screen, bath and tiling. Neil's experience was really helpful when understanding my options and budget. Neil kept in contact beforehand and throughout, explained exactly what the job entailed and timescale. I had a leak under the bathroom sink and tried to fix it myself, however I found it was more complicated than I thought. I read a positive review where Neil fixed a similar issue so called him and he came out quickly after I sent him some photos so he knew what to expect. Even then there were a few unknown issues that still arose which Neil dealt with very well. He replaced the plug/waste disposal sorting the leak and also made good with silicon after putting the sink back on the wall and the sink now looks better than before! Neil is very personable, has a lot of experience and was very good at keeping me up to date with when he was arriving and I would definitely use him again.

Neil came out at very short notice to help with a leak in a very awkward place in my kitchen, and also an almost-inaccessible stoptap problem. I had expected a lot of disruption as I'd been warned by others that the job could be very complicated. However, Neil was very honest in his assessment and took the time to find a simpler way to resolve the problem without sacrificing quality.
